Cooley Law School. Prior to forming Olson Law Group, Ms. Olson worked as an attorney at Plunkett Cooney, one of the largest and most respected law firms in Michigan. �During her tenure at Plunkett Cooney, Ms. Olson handled commercial and banking litigation and founded the firm�s Consumer Financial Litigation Practice Group before forming the Olson Law Group.Ms. Olson is a member attorney of ACA International � The Association of Credit and Collections Professionals � and serves as ACA�s state compliance chair for the State of Michigan. She is also a past president and current board member of the Michigan Association of Collection Agencies, for which she also serves as National Legislative Chair. Ms. Olson frequently lectures on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and serves as outside compliance counsel to various accounts receivable management firms nationwide. In this capacity, Ms. Olson is responsible for the development, implementation and assessment of collection programs designed to maximize recovery while minimizing legal exposure and overall risk.

    Mark Mallah, Corporate Counsel at LiveVox since 2010, is a valued regulatory resource for LiveVox and its customers. Mallah confers with leading enterprise contact�center leaders on a regular basis regarding various legal and regulatory�compliance issues in order to assist customers with risk mitigation and�incorporate their feedback into the ongoing design of LiveVox�s products.
