Mary Donovan is the Executive Director of the Retail Gift Card Association (RGCA), a trade association of closed-loop gift card retailers. She has been involved in association management for several years, working with a variety sectors. Her background is in operations, program management and government affairs.

Charity A. Olson concentrates her practice in the area of consumer financial litigation and specializes in the defense of individual and class action claims stemming from alleged violations of debt collection, credit reporting and other consumer protection statutes.� She also handles complaints involving the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, state attorney generals and licensing boards and is skilled in handling civil investigative demands and other regulatory inquiries related to debt collection practices.� Her clients include lending institutions, loan servicers, credit card issuers, health care providers, debt purchasers, collection law firms and third-party collection agencies located throughout the United States.�Ms. Olson received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan and obtained her law degree, magna cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Prior to forming Olson Law Group, Ms. Olson worked as an attorney at Plunkett Cooney, one of the largest and most respected law firms in Michigan. �During her tenure at Plunkett Cooney, Ms. Olson handled commercial and banking litigation and founded the firm�s Consumer Financial Litigation Practice Group before forming the Olson Law Group.Ms. Olson is a member attorney of ACA International � The Association of Credit and Collections Professionals � and serves as ACA�s state compliance chair for the State of Michigan. She is also a past president and current board member of the Michigan Association of Collection Agencies, for which she also serves as National Legislative Chair. Ms. Olson frequently lectures on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and serves as outside compliance counsel to various accounts receivable management firms nationwide. In this capacity, Ms. Olson is responsible for the development, implementation and assessment of collection programs designed to maximize recovery while minimizing legal exposure and overall risk.

Mark Mallah, Corporate Counsel at LiveVox since 2010, is a valued regulatory resource for LiveVox and its customers. Mallah confers with leading enterprise contact�center leaders on a regular basis regarding various legal and regulatory�compliance issues in order to assist customers with risk mitigation and�incorporate their feedback into the ongoing design of LiveVox�s products. In addition, Mallah is also responsible for drafting key company�agreements, compliance, dispute resolution, risk management, and human�resources. Prior to LiveVox, Mr. Mallah was Corporate Counsel at SAFE Security,�a security alarm company with a nationwide footprint, and before that, served as an FBI Special Agent. Mallah received his JD from American University,�Washington School of Law and BA in Political Science from the University of�Rochester.

Edward Benison is an Executive Vice President of eCAST.� Mr. Benison brings 25+ years of experience in Systems Development and Financial Management to the eCAST business.� In his current role, his responsibilities include daily oversight for the US and Australian businesses.Mr. Benison holds a B.S. in Administration and Management Science/ Economics from Carnegie - Mellon University, and a M.B.A from the Stern Business School of New York University. �

Mike Goldgof is�the vice president of Marketing at�AGNITiO. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in high-tech companies. Before�AGNITiO, he was part of Juniper Networks, where held the post of Senior Director and led a network security product management team. Goldgof also has experience leading marketing teams and was vice president of marketing at Hifn and Phoenix Technologies, as well as various leadership positions at Lucent/AT&T.

Richard Milam founded EnablsSoft in 1995 and serves as its president and CEO. The company's software product, Foxtrot Software, helps organizations automate manual tasks by acting as a "digital employee" to perform data entry, maintenance and integration tasks.
