    Paul Fiore is Founder and CEO of CU Wallet, a collaborative, mobile wallet venture that is owned by credit unions. Mr. Fiore’s vision for CU Wallet is to deliver white label products and services that enable credit unions to fully serve members within their own branded mobile wallet environment and ensure their position in the new mobile payments ecosystem.Previously, Mr. Fiore was CEO of hospitality focused mobile payments service TabbedOut, and General Manager of bank products for prepaid financial services company Green Dot (NYSE: GDOT), a leading provider of banking and payments services for a broad base of US consumers. Mr. Fiore also founded Double Beam, a mobile payment and cloud based point-of-sale software venture that was recently acquired by a publicly traded firm.In 1995, Mr. Fiore co-founded and was CEO of online banking software provider Digital Insight. During his tenure, Digital Insight grew to become one of the largest providers of outsourced online financial management solutions to U.S. mid-market banks and credit unions, hiring more than 500 employees and earning over $100 million in revenue.Mr. Fiore took Digital Insight public in 1999 and Future Banker Magazine honored him as one of the top 25 most influential personalities in the financial services industry in the year 2000. Digital Insight was purchased by Intuit in early 2007 for over $1.35 billion.Prior to co-founding Digital Insight, Mr. Fiore was Vice President, Strategy & Plans for XP Systems, a provider of turn-key data processing solutions for credit unions. Before joining XP Systems, Mr. Fiore spent 5 years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AT&T Employees Federal Credit Union. Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Fiore was a financial analyst for Lehman Brothers.Mr. Fiore is also an adviser, investor and board member for several software technology related entrepreneurial ventures.Mr. Fiore graduated from New York University with a B.S. degree in Finance and Management.

    David Prochnow currently leads the prepaid payments team at MB Financial Bank N.A. where he is responsible for the development and delivery of the banks prepaid strategies, products, and strategic third party relationships.�� He joined MB Financial Bank in 2011 to expand the bank�s retail products and develop an oversight structure and sponsorship program that delivers industry leading payment services.� During David�s tenure, MB has quickly expanded its issuing services to become a recognized leader within the industry.�Prior to joining MB, David was Director of Finance and Operations at 1to1 Card.� While at 1to1, he was part of the management team responsible for growing the business to include managing prepaid programs on multiple domestic and international issuing bank and processing platforms.� This broad based approach provided a unique range of options and flexibility within the payments industry.�� Before entering the payments industry, David worked as a Director at Helping Hand Rehabilitation Center, a not-for-profit agency in the Chicagoland area providing services for individuals with development disabilities.

    Tim works as the Relationship Lead and Key Account Manager within the Financial Services practice. Tim oversees the design, implementation, and delivery of custom and customer research across all Financial Services Sub-Sectors and GfK practice areas. As the central relationship contact for clients, Tim brings significant expertise and perspective to the research process and is positioned as an industry expert. Tim has been a member of GfK since 2012.�Throughout his career Tim has worked within the Financial Services Industry a Trusted Advisor and client advocate bringing both supplier and client side experience to the research process. Tim has worked in various roles at Northern Trust Bank, Open Solutions now Fiserv, Euromonitor and most recently, Affinnova as a Vice President within the Financial Services practice.�After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Finance, from Illinois State University, Tim began his career in Financial Services working in Investment Banking and has worked Retail, Banking, Commercial Banking, Insurance and Investments. In addition, Tim has obtained his Registered Investment and insurance licenses and is also a Veteran of the US Armed Forces.

    Mr. Garc�a is Senior Vice President of Retail Lending Division at Banco Popular since 2010. He is responsible for Popular's credit card and personal loan businesses for Puerto Rico and United States, which have over $2.5 billion in balances. Before the Credit Card and Personal Loan Divisions were merged in 2011, Mr. Garc�a was SVP of the Credit Cards Division since 2003.Mr Garc�a joined Banco Popular in 1991. Prior to Credit Cards, he worked in the Strategic Planning and Consumer Credit Divisions of Banco Popular.� He has a bachelor degree in business administration from Boston College and an MBA from University of Michigan.

    Steve Mattics joined Nordstrom in 2012 as President of Credit.� In that role Steve supports Credit & Payments for Nordstrom �as well as serving as CEO of Nordstrom Bank, a Federal Savings Bank.Prior to that, Steve was the EVP and Head of US Retail cards for HSBC.� Included in that role was the oversight �of the Neiman Marcus, Saks and Best Buy card programs as well as approximately 20 others.� Steve has almost25 years of experience in the banking/consumer credit industry including general management roles as well as roles in risk management, analytics and direct marketing.�

    Cheryl Guerin is group executive, Global Products & Solutions for the US Market. In this position, Ms. Guerin is responsible for Products and Solutions Development and Management, Marketing and MasterCard Advisors � the professional services arm of MasterCard Worldwide that offers consulting expertise in the payments industry.Prior to this role, Ms. Guerin ran US Marketing in which she focused on delivering strategies and programs that drive greater preference for MasterCard's brand, products and services across B2B and B2C audiences. This included directing the brand�s award-winning Priceless advertising campaign, sponsorships, digital and partner marketing activity to drive greater connection with consumers.Ms. Guerin joined MasterCard in 2000 and has held positions in Global Promotions and Global Digital Marketing, with a heavy focus on cross-functional integration, issuer value and merchant support. Key achievements include setting best practices and building organizations around these disciplines globally, as well as continued industry accolades.Prior to MasterCard, Ms. Guerin held several account service positions at advertising agencies such as Bates Worldwide and Bozell � managing campaigns and product launches for clients such as Avis, American Home Products, Best Foods, KLM Airlines, NatWest Bank and Samsung.Ms. Guerin is an active Member of the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) and IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau). Cheryl was named to Brand Innovators 2013 Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing, the 2012 Internationalist Top 100 Global Marketing Leaders, was a 2011 CEO Award Winner for leading the launch of the Priceless Cities, and was recognized among Westchester�s �40 under 40� rising stars in business by the Business Council of Westchester in 2010.Ms. Guerin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University�s Lubin School of Business and lives in Westchester, NY with her husband and two sons.�

    Larry Santucci joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia�s Payment Cards Center as a senior industry specialist in December 2013. His research interests include credit card usage and regulation, student and subprime credit, and financial services of the unbanked and underbanked.Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Santucci spent eight years in consumer lending, with a focus on data, analytics, and business strategy. Most recently, Mr. Santucci served as credit card product manager with SunTrust Bank. His consumer lending experience includes payday loans, unsecured installment loans, business credit cards, and residential mortgages. He has also served as a research assistant with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.Mr. Santucci holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Ursinus College and a master's degree in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
