Mr. Harpinder Singh Madan, also known as Harpi, is a Co-Founder of Slice Technologies, Inc. and serves as its Vice President of Product, heading up Slice�s API Platform team. Previously, Mr. Madan co-founded FiberTower Corporation in 2000 and served as its Senior Vice President of Marketing. He was responsible for Business Development, Product Management and Market and Site selection. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at FiberTower Corporation since March 2004 also headed its Finance department. Mr. Madan served as a Senior Vice President of Marketing at First Avenue Networks Inc. Prior to FiberTower, Mr. Madan worked at Doll Capital Management, where he was involved in Internet and telecommunication investments. Mr. Madan also held software development roles building internet infrastructure and transaction processing software at Oracle and at Bull-Honeywell. He participated in the development of highly scalable transaction processing software. He was responsible for key partnerships and the development and rollout of the product to large telcos. He has over 11 years of experience in the development and deployment of internet and telecommunication infrastructure. He is an entrepreneur in the internet and wireless space. He has three patents for his work in Internet Infrastructure. Mr. Madan holds an MBA from Stanford University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Institute of Technology, BHU, India.

Stephen Griffin is a Senior Vice President at Regions Bank and manages the Retail Distribution Strategy / Sales and Staffing Analytics Group. �He began his banking career in 1992 and has 22 years of retail banking experience. � Stephen has worked in various roles including branch management, branch operations, incentive management, data, analytics and reporting management, along with his current role of managing retail distribution strategy, sales analytics and the branch staffing model.Stephen is a 1992 graduate of The University of Alabama with a degree in Corporate Finance as well as a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia in 2004.

Teresa Epperson is a partner with A.T. Kearney in its financial institutions practice. Previously, she was managing director at AlixPartners. She has also held leadership roles at FleetBoston and Fidelity Investments. Her background covers a broad span of retail business lines, including consumer lending, credit and debit card, and consumer investments (brokerage, retirement, annuities).

Darrick J. Weeks joined Wright Patt Credit Union as Chief Operating Officer in August of 2010. Mr. Weeks is a highly accomplished financial industry executive with over 25 years of professional experience, including serving as Vice President/Division President for the Analytics Division of ValueCheck Inc., Chief Administrative Officer for Westerra Credit Union and President/ CEO of Safeway Rocky Mountain Federal Credit Union.Mr. Weeks is�responsible for operating all departments involved in providing a extraordinary service experience to members, including Member Centers (branches), Member Help Center (call center), Operations Support, Cards, eServices, Marketing, Business Development, Investments and Insurance Services.Mr. Weeks holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology from the University of Denver, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from CaliforniaStateUniversity, Fullerton. Mr. Weeks served as a member of the Colorado Credit Union Association Governmental Affairs Committee, including holding the position of Chairman of the Finance Committee.� He has served on the Board of Directors for the Credit Union Service Center Network (CUSN) and has served in various volunteer capacities throughout his career, many of which were for the benefit of credit unions, and has spoken at various national conferences.��������� He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Miami Valley.

As Executive Vice President of Operations for Horizon Bank, Kathie�s responsibilities include ATM & Alternative Delivery Channel Strategy.����Kathie has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.� She has been involved in every aspect of the banking industry; from mergers and acquisitions to industry round tables. She manages all bank operations for Horizon Banks� 31 offices and 41 ATM locations through-out Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. .�Prior to joining Horizon Bank 1998, Ms. DeRuiter was the Sr. Manager of Operations and Analysis at Whirlpool Financial Corporation.

Erin Kolb is the Vice President and ATM Channel Manager for TCF National Bank, where she oversees a network of over 640 ATMs.� TCF National Bank is part of TCF Financial Corporation, a Wayzata, Minnesota-based national bank holding company with $18.8 billion in total assets and 380 branches in Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Wisconsin, Indiana, Arizona and South Dakota. Erin has been with TCF since 2000 and has held a variety of roles within the organization including her previous position as the Vice President of Operations and Training for the Arizona and Colorado retail banking markets.�

George Huyler, a current Vice President with ConServe, has more than 20 years of experience within the banking and accounts receivable management industries. Throughout his career, George has supported the growth of global companies by improving HR processes and boosting operational efficiency. Prior to joining ConServe in 2009, George held executive leadership roles with Firstsource, iQor, and NCO Financial Systems.An expert in the area of employment legislative and regulatory compliance, George has taught for the Cornell School of Labor Relations and has been an industry speaker at numerous national conferences.

Ms. Grathwohl has over 20 years experience in the payment processing industry.� She is a Vice President in Fifth Third Bank�s Payment and Commerce Solutions Division with responsibility for Fifth Third�s Debit Cards, Campus Cards, Prepaid Cards and Health Savings Accounts.�Ms. Grathwohl joined Fifth Third in 1990 as CFO for Fifth Third�s Processing Solutions Division which included three electronic funds transfer processing (EFT) businesses � Merchant Processing, Financial Institution Processing and Bank Card.� In 2001 she assumed Product Management responsibility.� She has managed a variety of products and projects, including implementation of the Bank�s first point of sale instant credit card pre-approval program, the launch of Access360 General Purpose Reloadable Prepaid Card and several system conversions.Before joining Fifth Third, Ms. Grathwohl was an Audit Manager at Cooper & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) CPA firm, where she was responsible for providing audit, tax and consulting services to a portfolio of middle market clients.�Ms. Grathwohl is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Accounting.

Kevin Jolly is the Director of Consumer Support Services and Quality Assurance for Encore Capital Group.� Consumer Support Services is responsible for the proper handling of all consumer non-collections related questions, specifically complaints, disputes, and inquiries.� Quality Assurance monitors calls and key production activities, identifying opportunities, and partnering with the business to drive evolution.� He has been with Encore for 8 years, serving in a variety of team leadership, operational, analytical, and process improvement roles.Kevin has a total of 18 years working in financial services, holding similar roles at Capital One Auto Finance, PeopleFirst.com, and FirstUSA Bank/BankOne.� He has a Bachelor�s of Science in Economics degree from The University of Pennsylvania.
