    Mr. Harpinder Singh Madan, also known as Harpi, is a Co-Founder of Slice Technologies, Inc. and serves as its Vice President of Product, heading up Slice�s API Platform team. Previously, Mr. Madan co-founded FiberTower Corporation in 2000 and served as its Senior Vice President of Marketing. He was responsible for Business Development, Product Management and Market and Site selection. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at FiberTower Corporation since March 2004 also headed its Finance department. Mr. Madan served as a Senior Vice President of Marketing at First Avenue Networks Inc. Prior to FiberTower, Mr. Madan worked at Doll Capital Management, where he was involved in Internet and telecommunication investments. Mr. Madan also held software development roles building internet infrastructure and transaction processing software at Oracle and at Bull-Honeywell. He participated in the development of highly scalable transaction processing software. He was responsible for key partnerships and the development and rollout of the product to large telcos. He has over 11 years of experience in the development and deployment of internet and telecommunication infrastructure. He is an entrepreneur in the internet and wireless space. He has three patents for his work in Internet Infrastructure. Mr. Madan holds an MBA from Stanford University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Institute of Technology, BHU, India.

    Ms. Grathwohl has over 20 years experience in the payment processing industry.� She is a Vice President in Fifth Third Bank�s Payment and Commerce Solutions Division with responsibility for Fifth Third�s Debit Cards, Campus Cards, Prepaid Cards and Health Savings Accounts.�Ms. Grathwohl joined Fifth Third in 1990 as CFO for Fifth Third�s Processing Solutions Division which included three electronic funds transfer processing (EFT) businesses � Merchant Processing, Financial Institution Processing and Bank Card.� In 2001 she assumed Product Management responsibility.� She has managed a variety of products and projects, including implementation of the Bank�s first point of sale instant credit card pre-approval program, the launch of Access360 General Purpose Reloadable Prepaid Card and several system conversions.Before joining Fifth Third, Ms. Grathwohl was an Audit Manager at Cooper & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) CPA firm, where she was responsible for providing audit, tax and consulting services to a portfolio of middle market clients.�Ms. Grathwohl is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Accounting.
