Gordon MacKay is executive vice president and chief technology officer of Digital Defense. His earlier roles include research and development positions at Alcatel USA, where he led the Call Server Database team that designed a real time in-memory database used in the Alcatel Softswitch.

William O�Brien is the chief operating officer of Brainloop, a�provider of secure solutions for enterprise-wide storage and exchange of confidential information. Bill is also former speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He obtained his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and later received a Masters in Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He has held various executive positions in technology companies over the last 20 years, including in both general counsel and operational roles.�

Dick Mitchell is a Solutions Director in the Technology Deployment Services (TDS) Practice of Randstad Technologies, based in Woburn, MA, outside of Boston.� A Dallas, Texas resident, Mitchell has been in the technology space for more than 30 years, providing services to a variety of customers for whom Point-of-Sale (POS), Infrastructure and Wireless are critical components of success.�

Leanne Hughes is Head of Debit Card and Alternative Financial Solutions for M&T Bank.� She manages the strategic direction, product development and partnerships for debit card, prepaid card and other money movement solutions.With over 20 years� experience in the financial services industry, Leanne has held various roles within consumer deposit products, marketing and human resources.Leanne holds a bachelor�s of science degree with a dual major in finance and economics, along with an MBA from the University at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY.

Rod Katzfey is a recognized leader with over 22+ Years in the Electronic Payments Industry; Processing, Banking, Payment Gateway & Gift Cards to create scalable solutions to maximize revenue and profitability. Currently he serves as VP of Enterprise Sales & Business Development, NA for Credorax Group an International Processor and Acquiring Bank. Before joining Credorax he was Principal of Katzfey's International, a consulting firm located outside Louisville, KY after serving as Chief Operating Officer for PayLeap USA, a payment gateway company that was sold to Acculynk in October 2012. Prior to joining PayLeap, Mr. Katzfey was SVP-General Manager of Comdata Processing Systems (Stored Value Solutions), a provider of payment processing services to small and medium sized merchants.�Prior to joining Comdata Processing Systems, Mr. Katzfey has held various Sales and Sales Management positions with Bank of America, Elavon, First Data, NPC and US Bank. He shares in the goal of educating and giving back to the Electronics Payment Industry through his current involvement as a board member of the Midwest Acquirers Association (MWAA) along with several other past and present boards. Mr. Katzfey received his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University.

Jill Hunt is the director of Channel Operations and Customer Advocacy for BBVA Compass. �She is responsible for defining and managing the bank�s client experience across its online, mobile and ATM channels.Hunt joined BBVA Compass in 2009 as a senior vice president over the strategic growth and development of the ATM channel.� Prior to joining the bank, Hunt served as a project manager for NCR Corporation, managing key projects across major financial institutions. A 25-plus year veteran of the financial service industry, Hunt started her career with Union Planters Bank, working as a training development officer, project manager and branch development officer.
