    As the Senior Vice President of Sales, Accounts & Solutions, Charles Christianson believes firmly that marketers no longer just sell goods or services, but enable experiences that live and breathe within each customer.Since joining Connexions Loyalty in 2007, Charles has stewarded the sales and account management organization to double the size of the business. As an experienced spokesperson, Charles has presented at numerous industry events and has been quoted in Fox Business, Yahoo Finance, CreditCards.com and PYMNTS.com among other trade publications. In 2002, Charles co-founded the first smart card based loyalty company geared exclusively toward small to medium sized companies.Prior to his 15-year career in the financial services industry, Charles spent eight years as a litigation attorney focusing on commercial and product liability law. Charles earned his bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland.

    Under Gary Becker’s vision and leadership, DCM Services and its predecessor, Balogh Becker, Ltd., has continued to break new ground in the deceased account recovery space since the company’s founding in 1998. Having focused his practice exclusively on credit/collections since 1986, Mr. Becker has represented many of the major credit issuers in both conventional legal recoveries and probate. He is an AV-rated attorney and one of the first to be certified as a Creditors’ Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. Prior to 1986, Mr. Becker spent six years in general private practice and three years as legal counsel to the Minnesota State Senate. His prior board positions include: Founding Board Member, NARCA; American Board of Legal Certification and Minneapolis Children's Medical Center Ethical Practices Review Board.

    John Graubert is a partner in the firm’s Washington office. His wide-ranging antitrust and consumer law practice includes merger and non-merger government investigations and enforcement actions, private antitrust litigation, and counseling in the US and in conjunction with the firm’s counsel in Europe and Beijing. Mr. Graubert is also co-chair of the firm’s Advertising and Consumer Law practice group, and works with the firm’s Dodd-Frank Act Implementation team on matters concerning the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.From 1998-2008, Mr. Graubert served as Principal Deputy General Counsel and Acting General Counsel at the Federal Trade Commission. At the FTC, Mr. Graubert managed all litigation, legal counsel, policy studies, and administrative functions within the Office of General Counsel. He also advised the Commission and agency staff on antitrust and consumer protection matters and administrative law. He was involved in dozens of litigated matters for the Commission, including FTC v. Swedish Match, et al. (D.D.C. 2000) and FTC v. Schering-Plough, et al. (11th Cir. 2005). Mr. Graubert received the A. Leon Higginbotham Award and the Award for Distinguished Service.

    Matt joined Sallie Mae in Newark, DE in September 2008, and has responsibility for strategic support of the various collections operations within Sallie Mae. Areas of support include analytics, modeling, segmentation, forecasting, compliance and outreach channels. Prior to joining Sallie Mae, Matt spent 11 years with MBNA and subsequently Bank of America as a Consumer Credit Risk Executive. During his time with MBNA/BofA he held a variety of roles in credit, collections and risk management capacities for domestic and international consumer portfolios. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

    Mike Bendickson has more than 20 years of experience in portfolio acquisition, evaluation, sales and collections. He founded Absolute Resolutions Corp. in April 2001 to successfully appraise, purchase and collect high-quality portfolios. Mike's vast experience in the debt market includes many types of charged-off receivables from national originators of debt portfolios. In his role as President, Mike manages the acquisition of product and oversees the proper due diligence on every transaction. He also directs corporate diversification including the development of new product channels and the addition of profit centers. Mike is dedicated to promoting the growth and image of the debt buying industry. In 2003, he was elected by his peers to the Executive Board of Directors for the Debt Buyers’ Association. He served as Chairman of the Legislative Fund Raising Committee for six years, Treasurer, and Vice- President. In 2011 he was elected President of DBA International and is currently serving his second term for the organization. Mike began his career as a collector with the American Creditors Bureau in Phoenix, Arizona and was quickly promoted to Collections Manager for his ingenuity and integrity with account holders and staff. In 1990, FM Services in Phoenix hired Mike as Collections Manager, where he assisted in the tremendous growth of that company. In 1995, he joined The Sagres Company, a debt buyer and seller. Within two years, he was promoted to Vice President and two years later to President of the 50-person staff. He left Sagres in 2001 to establish Absolute Resolutions Corp. Mike has gained tremendous credibility in the industry by working closely on every transaction with employees at every level of business. He has learned the mechanics of each position: the best methods for dealing with account holders, the key to selecting high-quality packages and the legal ramifications of each type of transaction. His leadership is bolstered by his own personal knowledge of all aspects of this business. Mike is considered an expert in the industry and is invited to speak at conferences nationwide on topics ranging from debt buying to debt collection and market conditions.

    Ms. Gaskin is responsible for the strategic direction of FICO’s scoring products and business partnerships serving the needs of the mortgage industry. In her role, Ms Gaskin works closely with the Government Sponsored Enterprises, Federal Housing Finance Agency, HUD and Treasury on housing related initiatives. She leads the FICO Mortgage Recovery Initiative designed to provide a comprehensive solution to speed the process of loan remediation for homeowners, lenders and servicers. Ms Gaskin has more than 20 years experience in banking and financial services. Prior to joining FICO in 2007, Ms. Gaskin was responsible for product management and business development for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in the US mortgage market. Ms Gaskin led product development efforts to address some of the most important topics impacting the mortgage market: regulatory compliance, credit risk management, data security and e-mortgages. She also served as President and CEO of Auto Club Trust FSB, and Executive Vice President with Michigan National Bank. Ms Gaskin is a graduate of the Mortgage School of Banking, earning the Accredited Mortgage Professional Designation.

    Nancy Hughes brings 20 years of industry experience. She began as a Sales Representative for a collection agency in San Diego, California. Ms. Hughes quickly ascended in the ranks of the organization becoming Executive Vice President, responsible for all Sales and Marketing functions, Information Technology, Client Services and Accounting. She has also acquired a strong operational background. Ms. Hughes became a board member and minority stock holder of the company and was instrumental in the acquisition of her company by AllianceOne, Inc. in February of 2003. The company had grown from annual revenue of one million dollars to over ten million by the acquisition date. Ms. Hughes now functions as Vice President of Sales on a corporate level for AllianceOne, working in many sectors of our business. She is responsible for the relationships we have developed with several top financial institutions, along with large healthcare and retail clients. The company recently broadened her responsibility into the Court and Government sector and is enjoying learning the special nuances related to this industry. Ms. Hughes is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter as well as co-chaired the Southern California Conference and worked as the liaison for the National Convention held in San Diego. She is a volunteer for the American Heart Association and several school foundations. Ms. Hughes attended Gonzaga University majoring in business administration and communication.

    Christine Pratt is a senior analyst at Aite Group specializing in lending and credit risk and spanning Aite Group’s Retail and Wholesale Banking segments. She brings to Aite Group a strong research and consulting background as well as hands-on experience developed working within financial institutions.Ms. Pratt has been widely quoted in national media and industry publications such as Wall Street Journal, Forbes, American Banker, Bank Technology News, Bank Systems & Technology, and Credit Union News. She has presented at major industry events (CBA, MBA) and client conferences for top technology providers.Before joining Aite Group, Ms. Pratt served as president and CEO of Pratt Associates, a firm dedicated to providing marketing and competitive intelligence, including research advisory and consulting services, to the financial services and healthcare industries. Prior to this she was a research director within Financial Insights’ Consumer Banking and Credit practice, and senior research analyst with TowerGroup’s Consumer Credit practice. In these capacities she authored research and advised senior management of financial services clients on system selection and best practices in business processing.Ms. Pratt adds strong domain expertise to her list of industry experience, including COO duties for both the consumer lending and mortgage subsidiaries of a large regional lender, and CAO duties for two investment advisory firms. Ms. Pratt managed multiple core banking systems conversions for RBS Citizens Bank, a top 10 U.S. bank, and was a senior vice president at BayBanks, where she had oversight of all credit operations (including credit cards, mortgages, and auto finance) and managed a staff of more than 500. At Shawmut Bank, Pratt drove the centralization of corporate customer call centers and managed all corporate services operations. Additionally, as a senior manager for a New York-based consulting firm, she supported Top 10 financial institutions and Internet startups.Ms. Pratt holds a B.A. in both English Literature and Mathematics from Boston University.

    Nicole Matuszewski, Vice President of DHM Mortgage Servicing, has over 10 years of experience in special servicing oversight and related capital markets experience. Over the last four years she has played a key role in building a residential special servicing platform focused on at-risk loans and assisting borrowers explore all loss mitigation/modification options. During this time, she has implemented a strong control environment, efficient processes and leveraged the latest mortgage servicing technology to drive optimal solutions for both borrowers and investors. In addition, she has designed and implemented policies and procedures for collections, loss mitigation, foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO. Prior to DHM Mortgage Servicing, Nicole held several roles focused on the securitization of residential mortgage securities for Barclays Capital and Rabobank International, including a related consulting role with Deloitte & Touche. She holds a B.S. from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY.
