    Mark Lavelle is senior vice president of strategy and business development for PayPal. In this role, he is responsible for corporate strategy and all business development efforts for the global payment service.Lavelle joined PayPal when the company acquired Bill Me Later in November 2008. As an original member of Bill Me Later's management team, Lavelle was instrumental in raising more than $300 million in private equity, securing debt financing in excess of $1 billion and negotiating several key strategic relationships with payment industry partners and retail firms.Prior to Bill Me Later, Lavelle served as vice president of Internet business development for First USA/Bank One. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in marketing analysis and credit risk management.He received a bachelor's degree in finance from the Farmer School of Business at the Miami University of Ohio.

    As Head of Payments, Steve is responsible for aggressively growing the consolidated Payments business in the US. Within the Everyday Banking division, the payments business provides solutions that help our consumer customers pay for the things they need to live their lives and helps companies grow with purchasing power that helps free up capital.Previously, Steve was the Head of US Commercial Cards & GTS Americas Market Delivery - focusing efforts on supporting Business Banking, Commercial, and GBM client owning partners in delivering primary bank relationships with our spectrum of card solutions. In addition to his cards role within GTS Americas, Steve provided leadership in the establishment and execution of the GTSA Market Delivery organization – coordinating with local and international marketing leadership to develop and deliver GTSA’s external and internal marketing & communications.Prior to GTS, Steve was the Director of Business Lending for CFG’s Business Banking team in the US. Prior to that, Steve was with RBS National Bank, our US credit card division, where he was responsible for various functions including product development, new customer marketing, online marketing, and portfolio activities. Steve joined RBS from Bank One where he managed various businesses/ functions in consumer lending and credit cards. Steve started his career in new product development at MBNA America, including the launch of the industry’s first platinum credit card and designing the first online banking platforms.Steve holds a BA from Salisbury University in Maryland, previously a member of the Salisbury’s Board of Advisors, and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania where for two years he held a prestigious marketing research assistantship.

    Greg has held a number of senior technology, consulting and business leadership roles across Asia, Europe and North America. He is currently Global Head of Mobile Strategy at Citi, where he leads mobile strategy across all Citi’s businesses and geographies. Prior to joining Citi, Greg was a Partner and UK Board member at Booz & Company, a leading general management consulting firm, where he held a range of institution and business leadership roles across the financial services, public sector and technology practices. Greg has been a regular speaker on the role of digital technology, and the impact of disruptive innovation on business. Greg is a council (board) member of Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs), a leading international affairs think tank.Greg is a dual Australian/UK Citizen, and is currently based in New York. He studied at Monash, Melbourne and Oxford universities, and holds a BAppSc and MBA.

    Terry is an integral part of the SHAZAM team, bringing more than 22 years of financial and electronic funds transfer (EFT) industry experience and technology expertise that keeps SHAZAM a leader in EFT technology.Terry leads and directs all information technology strategy and application development obligations, including developing products, establishing budgets, and managing vendor and customer relationships. He also directs the company’s efforts in computer operations, corporate security, business continuity, and project management. Terry participates in a number of industry councils. He is the vice-chairman of the Payment Processor Information Sharing Council (PPISC) and is Chairman of the Secure Remote Payment Council (SRPC). These groups focus on sharing and protecting the national payment infrastructure, as well as defining new standards and technologies to authenticate consumers as the payment industry converges with mobile technologies.Terry earned an associate’s and bachelor’s degree in business administration from William Penn University. In addition, he is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). Terry is married with two children and is actively involved in his children’s activities.

    Brian Greehan leads market strategy for Commercial and Government Prepaid Card Disbursements, tasked with understanding changing market dynamics and ensuring that the Bank provides the vision, products and services to meet these evolving needs. Since joining Bank of America in 2010, Brian has been actively engaged with new customers and prospects, new disbursement types, and complex implementations. In addition, Brian works closely with existing customers to drive further efficiencies and greater cardholder experiences for their respective programs. Prior to joining Bank of America, Brian served as Vice President, Prepaid Product for the Americas, at MasterCard Worldwide. Brian focused on U.S. Public Sector, working across Federal and State agencies and with the leading financial institutions in the U.S. During his tenure with MasterCard, Brian managed the prepaid relationship with the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service, overseeing the U.S. Direct Express Card expansion – the largest government disbursement card program in the world. In addition, Brian served as the primary program manager for benefit disbursements including unemployment insurance, child support and programs that offered multiple benefits on a single network-branded card.

    Jason Kuhn is the Director of ATM Product Development and the Chief Privacy Officer for Payment Alliance International (PAI), the winner of the 2011 ISO of the Year award from the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA). With over 15 years of ATM and electronic payments industry experience, Jason has been involved in the development and rollout of a variety of innovative products and services. His many contributions to the ATM industry range from manufacturing, product design, custom software development, vendor management, transaction processing, PCI compliance, and much more. Prior to joining PAI, Jason was Vice President of WRG Services Inc., which was acquired by PAI in 2010. He currently chairs the PAI Data Security Council and serves on the ATM Integrated Payments Standards Forum, formed in March 2011 by the International Payments Forum to publish industry best practices recommendations for enabling integrated payments through ATMs.
