John Gillard is currently the CEO of AscensionPoint Recovery Services, one of the fastest growing companies specializing in the servicing of Probate debt and recoveries. Prior to joining AscensionPoint, John spent nearly 20 years in senior level positions managing/directing collection and recovery functions for Citi and GE Capital. This included managing over 2000 employees, multiple sites, and 120 plus agencies and attorneys. John has also performed collection consulting services for the financial services industry including Wells Fargo, Nordstrom, NAN, etc. In addition, John designed, marketed, sold and coordinated installation, training and support operations for a strategic /management collection software program.
Jason has over 12 years of Loss Mitigation/Collections experience consisting of focuses on Auto, Consumer Loan, Home Equity, and Mortgage portfolios. His management experience includes strategy, operations, and vendor management for Capital One, USAA, and Bank of America (current). His experience includes some time at NBS National Bankruptcy Services where he directly managed multiple facets of the Real Property Bankruptcy process from people to process engineering. He also worked with several different banks and servicers to ensure a complete understanding of their portfolio dynamics and needs.
