    Nancy has an extensive background in the collection industry. Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington. She has over twenty years in the credit and collection industry serving in Banking and Law Firms. Nancy’s past positions have been; Vice President in charge of Dealer Banking for rainier National Bank , Client Accounts Manager for Perkins Coie Law Firm and Williams Kastner Law Firm, COO & Vice President for League Services at the Washington Credit Union League. Nancy developed the CUSO Ascend United, which pioneered the first aggregated debt sales for multiple credit unions Nancy has been a national speaker for Thomson Financial Services, The Debt Market Place and Faulkner & Grey. She has also been an instructor presenting collection programs for the Washington Credit Union League, California CU League, Colorado CU League and the Florida League. Nancy currently is the Director of Loss Mitigation for Bellco CU in Denver Colorado.

    Tony has devoted 15-plus years to leadership and business development positions within the financial services community. His primary areas of expertise include leadership and organizational development, sales and negotiation tactics, strategic planning, merger planning, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance and project management. Tony has served as the ERM Officer since 2009. Primary responsibilities include ERM program development, integration and administration. Tony oversees the ERM function working closely with senior management and the Board of Directors in interpreting and managing a strong risk culture and facilitating organizational planning and risk mitigation efforts.The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function ensures that Bellco actively assesses its risk exposures, evaluates alternative responses to those exposures, reports risks to the Board of Directors and considers risks in the strategic planning process. Bellco’s ERM program is focused on strategy integration and the optimization of the risk framework to enhance the achievement of its goals.

    Gregory is a payments specialist with more than 20 years of broad industry experience in operations and technology, including merchant processing, money transfer, treasury solutions, mobile payments, prepaid card issuance, and point-of-sale (POS) innovation. Gregory has served many top financial institutions, merchants, acquirers, card networks, processors and technology providers. At PwC, he leads payments and banking engagements, primarily in the areas of merchant acquiring, payment processing, EMV implementation, PCI compliance and mobile financial services. His portfolio of work ranges from assisting clients with designing and implementing new processing IT platforms to creating new operating models and achieving mandatory compliance standards.

    Ken has over 30 years’ experience in financial services market research, strategic planning and consulting, including payment services experience with Visa International, Visa USA, FICO, and Bank of Boston.� Ken oversees Mercator’s subscription research practices, which focus on payments market verticals and banking delivery channels.In addition, Ken has deep experience in the design and execution of custom survey and focus group studies, and launched Mercator’s CustomerMonitor Survey Series.� His previous research management positions include Bank of Boston, Spectrem Group, and HNW, Inc. where he completed projects for some of the largest asset management and banking firms.�Ken has participated in a range of conference speaking engagements and press briefings regarding his various research efforts.� He holds a BA from Bates College and an MSW in applied research from Boston College.��
