George Kurtyka is the VP of Global Business Development in BBVA's New Digital Business organization, responsible for strategic partnerships within banking, fintech, mobile, and payments. Before assuming this role he served as the Head of Business Development at Simple Finance, a personal banking company based in Portland, Oregon that combines technology, user experience, and behavioral economics to help its customers spend smarter and save more. Previously Mr. Kurtyka was the Director of Business Development at PayPal, in charge of global OEM partnerships. Prior to that, he directed entertainment content distribution in the TV, tablet, and mobile categories at Samsung, and was the Global Head of Entertainment Partnerships at Nokia.

Jack Connors leads Google’s merchant partnerships for Android Pay. In this role, Jack helps merchants use mobile payments as a way to address a broader set of business objectives including loyalty, customer acquisition and mobile engagement. Jack has been focused on loyalty and payments for several years, most recently at Incentive Targeting, which was acquired by Google in 2012. Jack lives in the Boston area and is an avid red Sox fan.

Sarah is Director of Debit Advisory Service at Mercator Advisory Group covering debit issuing in addition to bill pay, person-to-person solutions, ACH and other “pay now” products.Sarah’s professional credentials include over 20 years of broad payments and banking experience with a track record of new product innovation including market leading solutions, development of realistic new product business plans, product road maps, new product requirements and successful marketplace launches.Her experience includes senior leadership positions in a mix of large financial institutions and fast-paced startups including KeyBank, SunTrust, Springbok and DimpleDough in addition to managing her own consulting firm. Sarah’s responsibilities have included managing debit card and prepaid card lines of business, merchant services and ISO sponsorship portfolios. Sarah’s specific areas of strength include, long term product road map development, product assessment and market gap analysis, tactical business modeling and budgeting, development of go-to-market plans, and new product business requirement design.

Kimberly Linton is responsible for consumer and corporate businesses across the retail and dotcom channels as the Director of Gift Card and Gifting for Sephora North America. Previously Kimberly led the strategy team for a variety of cross functional Sephora.com service initiatives, including the launch of Sephora Flash 2-Day shipping program.� Prior to joining Sephora she was at Target for four years as a Buyer in the Grocery division. She began her career at McKinsey & Company in the New Jersey and London offices. Kimberly received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School.

Ben brings twenty years of experience to CashStar in senior operations, marketing, and product roles at software, e-commerce, loyalty marketing and payments companies. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Cartera Commerce, a leading provider of card-linked marketing solutions for merchants, banks, and loyalty programs. At Cartera, Ben oversaw sales, marketing, client services, engineering, professional services, and technical operations. Prior to Cartera, Ben was Vice President of Marketing for KNOVA Software and Vice President of Marketing for North Systems, directing marketing and product management at both companies. Earlier in his career, he held product marketing and product management positions at Broadbase and Commerce One. Ben is a graduate of Harvard College.

Kyle Griswold joined FTV Capital in 2007 after working as an investment banking associate at Berkshire Capital Securities.� Mr. Griswold, based in FTV’s New York office, has been actively involved in many successful FTV investments in the financial services and payments/transaction processing sectors.� He is currently a board member at Apex Fund Services, a global fund administrator; Aspire Financial Services, a retirement plan solutions provider; ReliaQuest, provider of security services around management of organization’s SIEM technology; True Potential, an investment and wealth management platform; and World First, a foreign exchange solutions platform. He is a board observer at Swan Global Investments, an asset management firm, and also actively involved with CardConnect, a payment processing services company.� Mr. Griswold helped successfully exit Fleet One (acquired by Wright Express in 2012), IndexIQ (acquired by NYLife Investment Management in 2015) and VelocityShares (acquired by Janus Capital in 2014). Mr. Griswold received a BA in economics and mathematics from Trinity College and is a CFA� charterholder.

Andrew Bigart is a Counsel in the Washington office of Venable LLP. He specializes in helping clients in the payments industry navigate the complex federal and state regulatory environment.

Jamie Topolski currently is the Director of Alternative Payment Strategies at Fiserv. He is focused on delivering a cost-effective, comprehensive and integrated solution for clients migrating from magnetic stripe to EMV™ chip cards. Jamie currently serves on the Smart Card Alliance Payments Council Steering Committee and is the Vice Chair of the EMV Migration Forum Steering Committee.Previously, Jamie served on the EMVCo Board of Advisors and was the Manager of Global EMV Programs for Discover Financial Services. Jamie received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and Master of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
