Charles Liu is the Financial Center, ATM and Market Planning executive responsible for the Consumer Bank’s market growth strategy, and building new financial centers including renovations. He is also responsible for delivering new capabilities to our 16,000 ATM’s across the network. Liu leads the development of local market strategies across all major and metro markets, ensuring convenient access to Bank of America’s physical services for our 40 million consumer banking and small business clients.In Liu’s 25 years at Bank of America, he has led growth strategies in several lines of business including Small Business Banking, Retail Banking, Home Loans, Dealer Financial Services, Online Banking, Consumer Deposit Products, and Preferred Banking. Liu is passionate about customer-focused business innovation and led the development of multiple new products and services.Liu was born in Rangoon, Burma, and immigrated to the U.S. at the age of eight. He is based in Silicon Valley, California, and is an avid wine collector and connoisseur.

Brian Gilmore is a Senior Innovation Manager at Doorways to Dreams (D2D) Fund, a Boston based nonprofit that strengthens the financial opportunity and security of financially vulnerable consumers. At D2D, Brian manages a team dedicated to expanding the reach of successful pilots and identifying pathways to drive innovations to scale. Brian and his team lead D2D’s national policy efforts through the passage of state and federal legislation to remove barriers and create opportunities. Brian and his team consult to and partner with government, financial, private and nonprofit organization to launch products and ensure D2D’s innovations are impacting millions of consumers. Brian has spent ten years at innovative nonprofits tackling a variety of social issues including youth education, environmental restoration, access to public benefits, and consumer financial challenges. He has Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Drexel University.

Currently executive vice president for Product Management & Innovation at Cardtronics, David McCrary and his team are responsible for strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and rollout of products and services to the financial institutions and retailers participating in the company's regional, national and private networks.Mr. McCrary has been with Cardtronics since 2010.� His prior experience in financial services encompasses 25 plus years in product development, sales and account management, retail channel development and technology at Bank of America, eFunds and Pendum.� �
