    Norman A. Bliss is senior vice president and director of community development in the Corporate Responsibility segment at KeyBank. In his role, he is focused on the bank's responsible approach to banking, especially as it relates to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).�Norman leads the effective implementation of the bank’s Community Development lending, investment, and service activities nationwide ensuring that we meet and or exceed the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act and creates sustainable outcomes for both clients and communities in which we operate.With nearly 25 years of banking experience, Norman has held a number of positions focused on CRA and community development. He most recently served as senior vice president and manager at First Merit Corporation, where he was responsible for the organization’s corporate CRA program.Norman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Howard University. He also holds a Housing Development Finance Professional Certification and is a graduate of the National Community Development Lending School.Currently, Norman is a Board member of Village Capital Corporation and sits on the Consumer Bankers Association CRA Committee. He is also the past president of the Shaker Heights Board of Education where he served two elected terms as board member.

    Sue Kelsey is Senior Vice President of Product Management at MasterCard, based in the US Headquarters, Purchase, New York. In her role, Sue is responsible for setting and driving best practice for the global prepaid card portfolio in order to optimize product delivery for MasterCard customers and consumers.Sue has 20 years of experience in marketing and product management. Prior to joining MasterCard, she held marketing positions in the consumer packaged goods industry at both GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare and Reckitt Benckiser. There she held a variety of Marketing Leadership roles at both the local market and global marketing level. She has lived and worked in the UK, Australia, France and the US.Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Leeds in the UK and lives with her husband and two children in the New York area.�
