Steven Evans is the Head of Government Prepaid Products at Visa which includes more than 80 government disbursement programs across 40 states throughout the country.� Evans has been with Visa for three years and has worked to build relationships with federal, state and municipal government agencies looking to launch government prepaid programs.��� Prior to joining Visa, he worked for five years at JPMorgan Chase building the public sector prepaid portfolio for both State and Federal programs focusing upon Unemployment Insurance, Child Support, Payroll, Housing and other G2C benefit payments.� Evans received his B.S. in Information Systems from Arizona State University and his M.B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago.�
