Tom Henry is Director of Recovery Management & Strategy for Chase Card Services. Tom is responsible for all outside agency management, strategy development, customer treatment programs and pricing strategies. In addition, asset sales and recovery operations are also a part of Toms organization. Tom joined the firm in January 2005.Prior to joining Chase Card Services, Tom spent 17 years with American Express, where he held numerous positions in operations, fraud and risk management.Tom earned his bachelors degree and a masters degree in organizational leadership from Neumann University.
Richard G. McNutt is the Executive Vice-President for Retail Payments at PNC Bank which includes credit card, debit card, and the ATM network. He was last responsible for retail lending at National City Bank prior to the merger which included consumer, business, credit card, and education finance. He is a recognized leader in retail financial services and has a track record of leading and building successful payments, credit and deposit businesses at a number of marquee financial services firms over the past 20 years.Mr. McNutt has held senior level positions with U.S. Bancorp, G.E. Capital, and JP Morgan Chase. He has been a significant contributor in helping to build these respective organizations into market leaders with responsibilities ranging from general management, product management, pricing, marketing to business and partnership development. He has expertise across many of the major business lines including deposit, credit, investment, insurance, and retirement. Mr. McNutt has been a member of key advisory committees for the CBA and Visa. He was instrumental in working with the SBA to create programs for the Hurricane Katrina disaster in 2005. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and finance from the University of Minnesota. Mr. McNutt has been actively involved in charitable initiatives in the New York area including Children's Village, Youth-At-Risk, and fund raising on behalf of the UNCF campaign in addition to a 5 year stint leading Global Days of Service while at Chase. He has two grown children and he and his wife reside in New Canaan, Connecticut.
