Emma W. Griffith is a Director in Fitch Ratings' Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group, where she leads seaport coverage in the U.S. Emma joined Fitch in 2009.Emma covers a variety of transportation and infrastructure transactions including airports, seaports, toll roads, and public-private partnerships (P3s). Emma has served as lead analyst on major U.S. ports including the Ports of Los Angeles, Long Beach, Seattle, Virginia, and Miami, among others.�Prior to joining Fitch Ratings, Emma spent five years in Morgan Stanley’s Transportation and Infrastructure investment banking team, where she covered corporate clients in the airport, aviation, seaport, and shipping spaces in both Europe and the Americas.Emma received a Masters degree in Economics from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, France. She is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business, where she received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BA from the College of Arts and Sciences. Carrie has 17 years of experience in infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships (PPPs), specializing in asset-based and transportation projects (including rail, road, IT infrastructure, defence and accommodation) and energy projects.Carrie has advised both funders and commercial sponsors on infrastructure projects and PPPs at all stages of the procurement process, and has also worked with financial institutions on secondary market products. Before joining Blakes in 2012, Carrie worked for 14 years at Clifford Chance LLP in London, England, practising in their global infrastructure and project finance group.
Mr. Iannarelli is the Chief Counsel of the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority, an independent agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.� During the 15 years as Chief Counsel,� Mr. Iannarelli handled the legal challenges presented to the Authority in areas including procurement, land acquisition, design and construction of port projects leading to the Authority to double its acreage and realize significant growth within the port.� Some of the major economic development initiatives Mr. Iannarelli has been involved with include the Delaware River Main Channel Deepening, the Southport Marine Terminal Complex development; the development of the Philadelphia Auto Processing Facility, and the relocation and development of the Food Distribution Center.� He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.� Mr. Iannarelli received his B.A. from Temple University in 1994 and J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 1999.
Jessalynn Moro is Managing Director and Head of U.S. Public Finance (USPF). In this role, Jessalynn leads a 100+ person team responsible for analytical coverage, criteria and research commentary across all USPF sectors. USPF includes state and local governments, public utilities, healthcare organizations, public and private higher education institutions, non-profits, public housing agencies and municipal structured finance. USPF professionals are located in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Austin. Jessalynn has held a multitude of key roles since joining Fitch in 1999. Prior to her current appointment, Jessalynn served as head of the local government ratings group overseeing Fitch’s city, county, school district and special tax ratings. In addition, she previously held various management and analytical roles including head of U.S. Public Finance Operations, Northeast Regional Analytical Manager and Public Finance liaison for Fitch’s management academy, compliance and regulatory implementation, among others. Jessalynn has a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a bachelor's degree in communication from The College of New Jersey where she started on a vocal performance scholarship.
