    DARYL G. BYRD is President and Chief Executive Officer of IBERIABANK Corporation and IBERIABANK.�He serves on the Boards of Directors for both entities.�He joined IBERIABANK in 1999.�IBERIABANK, headquartered in Lafayette, Lousiana, is the 124-year-old subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation and operates 170 branch offices throughout Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Texas and Tennessee.�With $11.8 billion in assets (as of December 31, 2011) and over 2,500 associates, IBERIABANK Corporation is the largest and oldest bank holding company headquartered in Louisiana.     Gregory Mitchell is president and CEO of First PacTrust Bancorp (Nasdaq: BANC).  He also serves as a director for the company’s First PacTrust Bank subsidiary. Mr. Mitchell previously served as president and CEO of California National Bank, where he led the company’s growth from a $600 million total asset “wholesale bank” with five offices, to a $7.5 billion community bank serving clients at 68 retail locations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Ventura and San Bernardino counties.  Mr. Mitchell also served as chairman of Pacific National Bank, located in San Francisco.Prior to joining California National Bank, Mr. Mitchell was a partner with Hovde Financial, where he was responsible for the formation and supervision of its West Coast investment and merchant banking, financial advisory and funds management practices.  Mr. Mitchell also served 10 years with the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), serving as a lead manager in the Management Consignment Program.  He also was the founder of OTS’s Capital Assistance Group, where he facilitated the acquisition or recapitalization of more than 30 community banks without federal assistance. Mr. Mitchell serves on various executive and boards of directors, including the Boy Scouts of America, Operation Hope and Stone Soup Childcare.  He also serves on the advisory boards of St. Vincent Meals on Wheels and the Everychild Foundation.  Mr. Mitchell is a former vice chairman of the March of Dimes and former director of the Children’s Hunger Fund.Mr. Mitchell is a retired commissioned officer with the United States Coast Guard Reserves. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, a master’s degree in Public Administration from George Washington University, and a post-graduate certificate in commercial banking from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

    John joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 1990 as an Assistant Bank Examiner in the Concord, New Hampshire Field Office.  Throughout the 1990’s, John served as a Bank Examiner and then Supervisory Examiner in offices throughout New EnglandFrom 2004 through 2006, John served as Special Assistant to FDIC Board Member Thomas J. Curry in Washington, DC.  In that capacity, John advised Mr. Curry on internal FDIC matters and on policy issues impacting the banking industry.  In 2006, John returned to New England to serve as the Field Supervisor for the Southeastern Massachusetts Territory.  In August 2009, John became an Assistant Regional Director in New York.  In August 2010, he became the Deputy Regional Director for Risk Management for the FDIC’s New York Region.  In his current capacity, John oversees the risk management supervision program and the enforcement program for all non-member banks in the Mid-Atlantic States.

    Tom Michaud has spent the last 25 years, his entire professional career, at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. He was named President & CEO in October, 2011, having served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer since September, 2001. Tom remains Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.In 2004, Tom led KBW’s successful expansion into Europe, establishing a true international research, sales and trading franchise. He was also instrumental in KBW’s expansion into Asia in 2010.Prior to be appointed CEO, under Tom’s leadership, KBW became one of the top five traders and brokers of financial services stocks and has developed an industry leading research effort. KBW has also emerged as the leading manager for small, mid and large cap equity offerings in the financial services sector.Before being named Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer in 2001, Tom was Director of Sales and Executive Vice President. While leading this group, KBW’s equity commission business grew by more than 25% per year, far outpacing the industry average. He also helped oversee KBW’s transition from a bank-only boutique to a financial services specialist, adding insurance, brokerage, real estate and asset management practices.Mr. Michaud Tom earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the Greenwich, Connecticut chapter of The American Red Cross and the Foreign Policy Association Board of Directors.
