    Bruce Wallace is chief operations officer of SVB Financial Group. In this role, he is responsible for leading all bank and non-bank operations and IT services for SVB worldwide. Previously, Wallace headed SVB’s global services group since 2008. In this role, he was responsible for operations, product management, global transaction banking, and service delivery across all of SVB’s platforms and supported SVB clients worldwide.Prior to joining SVB, Wallace spent more than 20 years in a variety of management positions with Wells Fargo & Company. Most recently, Wallace was a senior vice presidentand manager of Wells Fargo’s treasury management operations. He also held prior senior management positions in Retail Banking, Risk and Fraud Operations, ATM Banking, Payment Services, Card Services, and Commercial Banking Operations.Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting graduating Cum Laude from California State University, Sacramento. He is currently a board director for SVB Securities, SVB Asset Management, SVB India Advisors, SVB Financial Group UK Limited, and the SPDB-Silicon Valley Bank Joint Venture Bank in Shanghai.He has previously served on the boards for the International Accounts Payable Professionals Association, the Association for Work Process Improvements (chairman), Federal Reserve Cash Advisory Council, the Western Payments Alliance Board of Directors, the New York Clearing House Bank Operations Committee, and the BITS (Banking Industry Technology) Fraud Steering Committee.

    Tom Misson manages US Small Business Segment for MasterCard Worldwide. He is responsible for product management and product development activities for businesses up to $10million in annual sales.Tom’s association with payments goes back to 1996 when he worked on the development and launch of a major bank’s first debit card product in 1996, followed by the industry’s first debit rewards program and the industry’s first debit co-brand frequent flyer program.Prior to joining MasterCard Worldwide, Tom was employed by JP Morgan Chase and its predecessor organizations where he served in a number of marketing and product management functions including deposit product management, credit card product management and debit card management. Before joining JP Morgan Chase, he worked as an attorney in public and private practice.

    As a Director of Credit Risk, Jim�s principal responsibility is to work closely with senior lenders and risk management officers from diverse functional areas to develop programs (principally peer-sharing forums, conferences, and training workshops) that meet the needs of line managers, risk managers and their subordinates involved in commercial and consumer lending in RMA member financial institutions. Prior to joining RMA in 1995, Jim spent nearly 22 years at Bank of Boston. Over his years there, he was a senior relationship manager in the Corporate Banking and the Multinational Banking Divisions and held a variety of credit positions, including being senior credit officer for Bank of Boston-Worcester, a $1.5 billion affiliate. He is also an original co-author of Bank of Boston�s first corporate-wide credit policy manual.He has an AB in economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of Michigan.
