Mark Fell leads RBC Wealth Managements global strategy, brand and marketing team. He is responsible for driving the overall strategic agenda for the Royal Bank of Canadas global wealth management division. RBC is the 11th largest bank in the world and RBC Wealth Management is the worlds 6th largest wealth management firm with over $800 Billion in assets, 11,000 employees and global operations in over 20 countries.In 2011, Mark became responsible for leading the activation of the RBC Wealth Management brand to build and sustain awareness of RBC being a global leader in wealth management. As part of this, Mark is responsible for advertising and marketing RBC Wealth Management globally, which includes the execution of its global sponsorship initiatives. In partnership with consulting house Capgemini, Marks team also leads the development and launch of the World Wealth Report,the annual thought leadership benchmark on the state of the global wealth management industry.Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management in 2009, Mark was Director, RBC Enterprise Strategy, responsible for leading the strategic planning process across RBCs full financial group. Josh Wright is an Executive Director at ideas42, with a focus on financial services, economic mobility, healthcare, and strategy for the firm. Josh has extensive experience in the for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors; industry experience in financial services, media and entertainment, housing, and youth development; and functional expertise in business strategy, new business development, and new venture creation.
