Prior to co-founding RCS Mr. Stowe served as President and COO for Saxon Capital, Inc. Mr. Stowe joined Saxon in 1994 as President and CEO of its affiliate Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. to build the companys sub-prime mortgage servicing operation. Mr. Stowe led the growth of the platform from a staff of eighteen employees servicing under $1 billion in assets to three hundred professionals servicing approximately $12 billion in assets prior to his departure. Mr. Stowe directed the development of the companys policy and procedures, training program and proprietary technology in support of Loss mitigation and Default Asset Management achieving above average ratings as a Primary Sub Prime Residential Servicer and an average Special Servicer rating.Prior to joining Saxon Mr. Stowe led the liquidation efforts of Goldome Credit Corporation, a sub-prime lending and servicing subsidiary of the failed Goldome Bank, for Niagara Portfolio Management.
Mr. Marchese is a Senior Managing Director with Clayton and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pricing loan portfolios for potential purchase and managing all sale advisory assignments for non-performing loan portfolios totaling in excess of $500,000,000. A 25 year veteran in whole-loan and mortgage-backed securities purchase, securities trading, loan sale advisory and servicing purchases, Mr. Marchese joined Clayton in 1996. Prior to joining Clayton, Mr. Marchese was a Senior Vice President with R.W Presspich and Company in their real estate consulting group and a Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald L.P, where he was responsible for residential and commercial portfolio sales. He has over 24 years of experience in whole-loan and mortgage-backed securities purchase, securities trading, loan sale advisory and servicing purchase at companies such as Mortgage Marketing of America, Inc., Trans Capital Funding Corporation, Shearson-Lehman Brothers, and Somers Grove & Company. Mr. Marchese is a graduate of Pace University with a degree in Finance.
