    Brett is Vice President of Advisory and Valuation Group at CoreLogic. He manages the Market Solutions Group for First American primarily responsible for client advisory and consulting as well as operational and sales support of a variety of First American data and analytic solutions. Mr. Benson has worked extensively in the development of WillCap, CoreLogic’s proprietary borrower behavioral modeling architecture. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Brett was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, Inc. in New York on the Mortgage Trading Desk. While employed at Bear Stearns, Brett was responsible for trading functions including pricing Scratch-and-Dent whole loan mortgages, hedging risk, risk reporting, and valuing $22B in servicing portfolios. A graduate of Louisiana State University with Business and Mathematics degrees, he currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and three children.

    As Director of Capital Markets for investment bank Intersection Capital, Oren Klaff is responsible for managing the firm's capital raising platform which includes both direct capital raising and deal syndication . Oren oversees business development and product development and is responsible for the firm's flagship product, Velocity. He also sits on the investment committee at Geyser Holdings where he has been a principal since 2006. During its growth he was responsible for, marketing, product development, and business development. In the previous five years in the securities markets, Oren has supervised and assisted in the placement of over $400 million of investor capital. Previously, he was a venture analyst and partner at several mid-sized investment funds. He attended the University of Delaware for Mechanical Engineering, and lives in Los Angeles, CA.He's also the author of Pitch Anything: An Innovative Method for Presenting, Persuading, and Winning the Deal.

    Mr. Jemmett is a founding Principal of Breakwater Equity Partners. In addition to his CEO responsibilities, Phil oversees and actively participates in the analysis and evaluation of case information submitted by a prospective client, in order to offer them the best workout scenario available. Phil is a hands-on manager, working individually with clients to ensure a successful outcome for every workout case. Phil has been in the real estate & finance industry for many years, initially in the private money lending industry focusing on commercial projects. Phil then founded LJL Funding, a residential private lending firm, together with other principles from the commercial lending business. It was here that he developed a successful platform for residential private money lending in the midst of the most challenging real estate crisis in history.Phil foresees the next few years as difficult for commercial real estate owners and developers. He strategically founded Breakwater Equity Partners to provide property owners with a comprehensive solution to their real estate challenges. Phil grew up in Australia where he studied engineering before moving to London where he lived for several years. He moved to the U.S. to study economics at the University of Wisonsin, Madison and has lived in the states ever since.

    Robert Partlow joined SunTrust in October 2005 as Senior Vice President. He has the responsibility for the management of the Consumer Banking Consumer Loan Portfolios, the MSR Portfolio, and the STM Securitization Program. Prior to SunTrust Mortgage, Robert was SVP & CFO of Fieldstone Investment Corporation with responsibility for Accounting, Investor Relations, Portfolio Management, Treasury, and Capital Markets. Prior to Fieldstone, Robert was a Director, EVP & CFO of Saxon Capital Inc. with responsibility for Accounting, Investor Relations, Portfolio Management, Treasury, and Capital Markets.Other work experiences include KPMG as a Tax Consultant and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as a Bank Examiner. Robert has a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

    Mike Young, a longtime local REALTOR® with Chase International in Incline Village, is president of the Nevada Association of REALTORS® (NVAR) for 2011.Young, who served as NVAR’s president-elect during 2010, has worked in the real estate profession for 30 years. At his installation in the fall of 2010, he announced that his theme for 2011 is “Nevada REALTORS® - One Voice,” saying he wants to “bring NVAR members together to build a more unified profession through integrity and vision.” Young is an active member of the Northern Nevada community and his profession. He has volunteered to serve on numerous NVAR boards and committees. A native of Colorado Springs, Colo., Young is a graduate of San Jose State, where he earned degrees in biology and special education. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Young taught special education courses and volunteered to work with young people with disabilities through Special Olympics and similar organizations. A 25-year resident of Nevada, he lives in scenic Incline Village, where he takes full advantage of the natural wonders of nearby Lake Tahoe and serves as president of the Incline Community Business Association.

    Mr. Esposito joined ServiceLink in 2007, and is responsible for relationship management and portfolio performance for several key clients. Mr. Esposito brings 14 years of experience in Loss Mitigation and REO Asset Disposition Services to ServiceLink. Mr. Esposito holds a law degree and began his career with Ocwen Financial in the late 1990's. During his tenure at Ocwen Financial, Mr. Esposito served in the areas of Foreclosure and REO operations before he was promoted to Compliance Supervisor over servicing. Prior to joining ServiceLink, Mr. Esposito built and managed the REO department for NovaStar Mortgage in Kansas City. While at NovaStar Mortgage, Mr. Esposito also managed the Escrow and Loss Mitigation departments and received a First In Class performance ranking for mitigated loss by MGIC.

    Michael Morris is executive vice president of real estate for Zions Bank and managing director of real estate capital markets for Zions Bancorporation. Morris is responsible for managing Zions’ Bank overall real estate finance platform. He currently chairs the Real Estate Senior Loan Committee and is also on the board of Zions Direct, the “broker dealer” arm of the Bank. Prior to joining Zions Bancorporation, he was with JP Morgan Real Estate, Banc One Corporation, and First Interstate Bank of California in Los Angeles. Morris received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and attended Pepperdine University in the Grazadio School of Business and Management. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), is a director of the Kimball Art Center in Park City, Utah, is a board member of the University of Utah Ivory Boyer Real Estate Center, and was the founding Treasurer of The Utah Sports Commission. Professional affiliations include NAREIT, NAIOP and the Fisher Center for Real Estate, Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley.

    Steve Clinton is Senior Vice President of Servicing Operations in the Single Family Portfolio Management Division. In this capacity, he is responsible for all servicing related operations functions for Freddie Mac’s Single Family Loan Portfolio, including, Investor Reporting, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure Alternative, Settlement, Expense, Credit Enhancement, Claims and Oversight. Previously, Steve was Vice President of Customer and Change Management within the Operations Management Group. Steve was responsible for operational and technical change management between Freddie Mac and our lender and servicer customers to ensure that they could continue to efficiently sell and service loans. In that role, Steve demonstrated that he is a trusted business partner across the company and is effective in getting initiatives, problems and transactions completed. Steve has worked at Freddie Mac for a total 17 years and has held a series of increasingly responsible positions, including, director roles in Single Family Pricing, Bulk Transactions and Mortgage Securities Marketing, and secondary marketing trading positions in Freddie Mac’s Security Sales and Trading Group. Prior to Freddie Mac, Steve held secondary market trading positions at E*trade Bank.Steve is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
