Deeprani Srinivasan has 17+ years of demonstrated technical leadership in developing distributed teams of programmer/analysts, program management, architecture operations, and business solutions for ERP, CRM and MDM solutions. As the program manager for the Customer Data Integration program, Ms. Srinivasan worked closely with business and IT to deliver internal and external customer facing solutions for National Instruments (NI). In recent years she has championed Master Data Management as a discipline to raise awareness among business and IT of it's long term need and potential. Currently she works with the business to define and evolve the strategy for NI's Master Data Management and oversees the Customer MDM, Product MDM and Entitlements multi-domain data platform for National Instruments.��

At Memorial Health System (MHS),Thomas Janssen is currently responsible for the design, development and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse which will serve as the foundation for healthcare Business Intelligence.  This work effort has involved obtaining executive sponsorship for the initiative, creation of a 5-year BI roadmap, selection of vendor(s) to assist with gathering business requirements across the health system, and vendor management for the development of the EDW and business intelligence layer.  Prior to MHS, Mr. Janssen served Horace Mann Corporation for over 8 years where he was the Director for the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program, managed both server engineers and mainframe engineers, as well as led the Capacity Planning and Performance Monitoring efforts.   Before being hired by Horace Mann Corporation, Mr. Janssen served there for a full year as a consultant for MSF&W, Inc.  Other consulting engagements for MSF&W included responsibilities for the Texas Medicaid program, as well as document imaging solutions for several of the state universities in Illinois.  Mr. Janssen is a seasoned Information Technology professional with over 27 years in IT, including consulting with a focus in healthcare and insurance.

Laura Krusinski is SVP and Program Manager for the Enterprise Data Program in Key’s Enterprise Data & Information Management office. Her areas of responsibility include establishing the customer data stewardship function, serving as business owner for Key’s new Master Data Management solution and partnering with Data Governance to ensure integration within MDM. Laura has been at KeyBank for 14 years, managing several different teams in their Database Marketing, Client Analytics and Corporate Procurement groups before joining the Enterprise Data Office in December 2012. Prior to joining Key, Laura held positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of data analysis, marketing strategy and project management roles for several consumer product, foodservice and energy utility companies in the northern Ohio area.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Cleveland State University.

Dagmar Garcia leads Citrix�s global marketing master data management program developing best practices for ongoing centralized customer and prospect account management. She drives the definition, adoption and management of the guidelines for account data collection and uses driving efforts to identify and acquire new, rich sources of customer information that enrich knowledge of the customer. The role partners with stakeholders across lines of business and geographies to understand emerging CRM strategies and plans, while supporting existing account information needs. Dagmar has been with Citrix for over 12 years and beyond high tech has also worked at companies in the telecommunications sector.�

Scott Decker is a senior consultant in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Information Management practice, where he has specialized in technology transformations in process areas such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay as well as in the MDM customer and supplier domains. His project experience extends across several industries including public sector, commercial and industrial products, and high tech.

Claude Viman is Manager of NA Enterprise Master Data for Johnson & Johnson Group of Consumer Companies. Part of the overall responsibilities is Data Governance for Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master and Customer Pricing. Prior to his current role, he was SAP Operation Center Manager, supporting Master Data. He has more than ten years experience in working with Master Data; six of them in various Master Data roles within Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Viman has an MBA, is PMP Certified and has an MS in Finance.

David Williamson�s role as senior partner for BackOffice Associates leverages his considerable experience in data quality and data migrations for SAP and other major ERP environments.� For over 10 years, Mr. Williamson has successfully led data governance and MDM projects at a variety of Fortune 1000 companies with the most complex data environments. He received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Actuarial Sciences from K�benhavns Universitet (Denmark).
