Before joining the financial services industry, he led and managed social programs for City of Saint Paul Parks. Currently, he leads customer experience for MNHS, which is focused on delivering knowledge capital solutions through technology. In his career Walter has been a program manger for national community outreach programs, working with national non-profit organizations.Mr. McFarland has certifications in ERP solutions and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
