Charles E. Brown is Senior Vice President and Director of Compliance for EagleBank, where he focuses on (i) assessment and mitigation of business and operational risks impacting banking regulatory compliance; (ii) evaluating and monitoring compliance related operating policies, procedures and business processes; and (iii) staff development, training, and performance management. He has headed internal audit units with responsibility for credit policy and counterparty risk management, structured credit enhancements (mortgage), mortgage asset acquisition, servicing, and loss mitigation for Fannie Mae. At EagleBank, Mr. Brown manages depository, lending and operational regulatory compliance. As Audit Director at Fannie Mae, he spearheaded risk and business reviews of proposals for mortgage credit enhancement transactions, business and loan product development initiatives and mortgage lending programs. As VP, Risk Management/Compliance Officer at Suburban Federal Savings Bank he managed independent reviews of residential real estate development and mortgage loan files for compliance with origination, underwriting, credit and servicing requirements in addition to managing bank regulatory compliance. Mr. Brown earned an MBA in the Executive Fellows Program, Loyola University Maryland, and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and former Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Lowell Alcorn is a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has over 30 years of lending and consulting experience. He has led a wide range of consulting assignments for the industry�s leading commercial, single-family mortgage and auto lenders covering business process improvement, systems integration, financial management, loss mitigation, technology selection and implementation. His clients include many of the top 10 mortgage lenders and he has several large-scale projects to improve technology and operations improvements.Lowell graduated with a BA in Economics from Catawba College and MBA in Finance from University of Georgia.
In a new position for Norcom Mortgage, Potter handles the federal and state regulatory and compliance requirements.� Potter chairs the audit committee, oversees the internal compliance practice, ensures compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act and maintains all state licensing requirements.� In addition, Potter represents Norcom on several industry tasks forces and association committees including the Mortgage Bankers Association�s Regulatory Compliance Committee and two Dodd-Frank related task forces � RESPA/TILA and Qualified Mortgage.� Potter is also a frequent speaker on Dodd-Frank, CFPB and related compliance topics for MassMBA, MBA of the Carolinas, and other regional banking associations.Jeremy Potter joins Norcom with experience in the government contracting community serving as a market analyst in the metro D.C. area for regulatory and policy issues at the market research firm INPUT Inc.� While with INPUT, Potter published several industry reports, hosted presentations, appeared on a bi-weekly radio show on Federal News Radio and authored posts on an industry blog. Potter graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he served as an Associate Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and won an award for mock trial advocacy.� Mr. Potter published a note titled Legal Education and Moneyball: The Art of Winning the Game of Assessment in the Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.� He joins Norcom with experience at the Connecticut Attorney General�s Office, Connecticut General Assembly and with Wiggin and Dana LLP in Hartford, CT.� He also has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA where he graduated cum laude with honors.
Dan Mugge is vice president of technology solutions for the Asset Management & Processing Solutions business unit of CoreLogic. Dan manages business operations for our Asset Management related Software as a Services (SaaS) offerings. This includes setting the strategic direction for our technology platforms, managing the roadmaps and overseeing the architecture, development, testing and quality assurance teams supporting these platforms. Dan is also responsible for policies, procedures and standards to enhance enterprise governance, risk and compliance posture relative to our SaaS offerings. Since joining the company in 1997, Dan has held various technology, business development and business leadership roles including supporting operations, creating strategic initiatives, leading business transformation efforts and integrating several large joint ventures. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Dan held positions specific to web strategy and software development. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor�s degree in physics as well as a master�s in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of Minnesota.
Pam is a distinguished regulatory expert with over 20 years of experience in compliance. In her career, Pam has served as a chief compliance officer, an educator and consultant for regional and national organizations, and as a Senior Examiner with the Federal Reserve. Her extensive knowledge of compliance, both as a consultant and an examiner, has made her an essential component to the success of Continuity Control as the Chief Compliance Strategist. Pam�s expertise enables her to swiftly decipher regulatory items, analyzing whether, and how, they pertain to each financial institution. Pam routinely speaks at banking conferences, symposia and compliance schools. Her insight and passion for the mission at hand are key to successfully guiding our Strategist team. She holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University, certifications from the American Institute of Banking and the Dearborn Financial Institute and has completed the rigorous Federal Reserve System Examiner Commissioning Program, equivalent to a banking M.B.A.
Having spent over 10 years in the Municipal Finance and Information Technology industries, Sam Lerner brings a unique perspective to Norcom. Sam started his career at one of the leading municipal bond consulting firms in the country. Beginning in a dual role as both IT support and data entry position, within 5 years he was in an upper management role overseeing both information technology and financial consulting. Sam has developed and built new lines of business within existing channels as well as managing statements of work leading to the purchase and installation of a new document and other IT management systems. He has brought his experience in both the IT and finance industries to Norcom. His roles at Norcom include IT support, network administration, developing, planning and implementation of infrastructure and keeping up with the ever-changing face of security. He plans to continue to provide Norcom with the infrastructure and security it needs to continue it�s growth.
Jacob E. Petersen is the Chief Service Officer at Mortgage Cadence LLC. In this capacity he leads the Client Service Management and Finale Document Services teams to insure the company delivers world-class service tailored to client specific needs. He is responsible for prioritizing resources to ensure unparalleled client service that is consistent with commitments and strategy. Mitigating operational risk is another key accountability and is managed through the use of policies, guidelines, metrics and technology. Prior to joining Mortgage Cadence, Jacob was a Quality Control Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Control Program for mortgage loans. Jacob holds an MBA as well as Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Wayne State College.
