He has significant experience identifying weaknesses in large banking organizations, including those in retail-credit operations. He also helps design and implement remediation plans, particularly in response to regulatory enforcement matters and any identified shortcomings.

Chris has over 12 years of experience as a real estate and mortgage consultant, serving financial institutions and government entities.

    As the founder and managing director of Summer Street Advisors, LLC (SSA), Jack Mullen brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to the CRE industry. Prior to the formation of SSA, Mr. Mullen was an executive member of GE Capital Real Estate�s Global Valuation Team and was responsible for managing transaction teams in the due diligence, valuation and underwriting activities supporting the acquisition of $10 billion in CRE investments. Previously, he served as vice president with Turing Capital responsible for risk and transaction management for corporate and commercial real estate lending opportunities. Mr. Mullen has also held key positions with Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank and Finova Capital. Through the delivery of highly-respected and well-attended Thought-Leader Roundtable Networking events, Mr. Mullen continues to be positioned at the forefront of the evolving and complex CRE industry. These events, held quarterly in NYC, assemble the leading industry experts and executives who are actively shaping and influencing the marketplace. In addition to being a frequent, preferred contributor to articles in leading industry publications such as PERE, Mr. Mullen regularly produces by-lined articles on the most critical subject matter facing the commercial real estate industry today. Mr. Mullen earned his Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University and a BA degree in Economics and Political Science from Salve Regina University. He is a member of the REFA CT Board (Real Estate Finance Association), CREFC (CRE Finance Council), RELA (Real Estate Lenders Association) and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

    Matthew Ziffer leads distressed residential whole loan trading as well as credit impaired securities trading. In addition, Mr. Ziffer is a member of the firm's Investment Committee, and manages the firm's loan servicing relationships, due diligence vendors as well as its loan-level surveillance efforts. In that capacity, he is responsible for the acquisition, management and disposition of distressed loans and securities. Prior to joining the firm, he was Head of the Residential Non-Performing and Scratch & Dent Mortgage Trading Desk at Lehman Brothers. Previously, Mr. Ziffer was an Assistant Vice President in the asset-backed securities group of Deutsche Bank, focusing on the financing of various assets including non-performing residential mortgage loans. He began his career in the capital markets group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Mr. Ziffer received a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park and was awarded a J.D. magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was a Law Review Editor.

    Kyung Cho-Miller is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase. She works on Dodd-Frank matters; supports originations and federal and state regulatory exams; and assists on special projects. Prior to joining Chase in October 2010, she worked at Fannie Mae in several positions in the legal department and executive office. As Associate General Counsel in the legal department, she worked with the Treasury Department to draft guidance on Making Home Affordable programs and advised and assisted the Product Management and Development group in developing mortgage products and initiatives. In the executive office, she was the Special Assistant to two Presidents and CEOs during one of the most challenging times ever faced by the Company (pre- and post-conservatorship). Kyung also held positions as Associate General Counsel at CitiFinancial and as Counsel at the Division of Consumer and Community Affairs of the Federal Reserve Board where she specialized in TILA, RESPA and other financial statutes and regulations. Kyung received her Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law and her B.A. from the School of International Studies -- both at American University. She is a member of Maryland, New Jersey and D.C. Bars.

    Mr. Gabe Minton is Senior Vice President, Information Services of ServiceLink where he oversees software engineering, quality assurance, and business analysis services for the company and facilitates the strategic execution of its products and services. Gabe brings a 20-year portfolio of information systems experience, working with and creating software systems, products and standards. He has held the executive positions of Chief Strategy Officer for Motivity Solutions, Inc., Chief Operating Officer for Mortgage Cadence, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Standards and Alliances with Ultraprise Corporation. Gabe served as an executive of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and pioneer in the establishment of technology standards for the mortgage industry through MISMO, which he helped to create and actively managed from 2000-2007. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Science with a double-major in Computer Science and Statistics, and minor in Mathematics from Radford University, VA, and a Master of Software Engineering degree from the University of Maryland. He has designed and taught Computer Science and Mortgage Banking technology curriculum for the George Washington University, Hood College, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

    Robert comes to Mortgage Cadence with a robust knowledgebase of Mortgage Banking compiled from his 14 years of experience in the Mortgage Origination and Servicing domain. His deep understanding of the business has allowed him to successfully provide technology solutions to complex business problems in ever-changing environments. Robert helped American Home Mortgage grow from a small regional mortgage bank to a Top 10 Lender in Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent lending and was responsible for the growth and development of the company’s LOS and POS. He was a member of the Executive Management Committee and helped integrate 16 companies American Home acquired in his time there. Most recently, Robert was the Chief Technology Officer at Bridgefield Mortgage Corp, a mortgage servicer specializing in distressed asset servicing, successfully redesigning the organization’s Disaster Recovery Plan and was an integral part in helping Bridgefield obtain its SAS70 certification. Robert received his Bachelor’s Degree from S.U.N.Y at Stony Brook and also completed extensive course work at St. John’s University School of Law.
