Mr. Emerling has over 40 years of management expertise in banking and mortgage lending with extensive experience in operations, regulatory compliance, servicing, and risk management.� Mr. Emerling previously served as the President of a national FHA Association and served as the speaker for Fannie Mae, the National Reverse Mortgage Lending Association (NRMLA) and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).�Mr. Emerling has spent the last 7 years managing quality control, operations and servicing compliance within the forward and reverse mortgage lending industries. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Emerling was responsible for developing and managing the compliance, risk and quality control systems for Financial Freedom Senior Lending Corporation.� At its peak, Financial Freedom was funding more than 4500 reverse mortgage loans per month of which Mr. Emerling was responsible for the FHA quality control audits, FHA insuring, regulatory compliance, servicing compliance, wiring detail and overall risk management.� He was also responsible for the oversight of any OTS, FDIC, FHA or other GSE audits.Since 2011, Mr. Emerling has worked as the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Silvergate Bank, a California state charted bank. He has oversight for the lending operations for both the forward and reverse mortgage departments. He also interfaces with the servicing departments for both forward and reverse mortgages.

Wible is responsible for the banks National Finance Group which encompasses five divisions. National Indirect Consumer Lending originates and services automobile loans and leases through a network of dealers within the Banks 19-state footprint plus Georgia, Texas and Florida as well as recreational vehicle and marine loans nationally through a network of dealers and subsidiary Essex Credit Corporation.Direct Consumer Lending originates and services home equity loans and lines of credit and installment loans through the Banks branch network. Mortgage Banking originates and services residential first mortgage loans through the branch network and a dedicated sales force. Credit and Debit Card Services is responsible for personal, small business and commercial credit and debit cards. Business Link originates commercial loans and lines of credit for small businesses through the branch network.Prior to his current position, Wible was Executive Vice President responsible for the branches and business banking centers. Catherine Brown is a Managing Director of Treliant Risk Advisors. Catherine is also a specialist in Consumer Compliance and advises clients on regulatory requirements and trends in Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act programs, Anti-Money Laundering, and Enterprise Risk Management. Catherine has designed and implemented regulatory compliance programs for large, complex institutions. She has considerable experience in managing relationships with federal regulatory agencies, which includes preparing banks to anticipate and respond to regulatory inquiries and remediation. Catherine previously consulted in the Financial Institutions Risk Management practice of Crowe Horwath, LLP where she provided significant thought leadership and advisory support in matters pertaining to consumer compliance, enterprise compliance management, and ERM. Carline Mildor is AVP Attorney Oversight in the Vendor Procurement and Governance department at Nationstar Mortgage (“NSM”). Ms. Mildor was previously Associate General Counsel in the Legal department of NSM. Prior to joining NSM she served as a senior attorney in several foreclosure law firms in Florida. In this role he had primary responsibility for investment strategy across a wide variety of institutional and wealth management clients.
