Prior to that, while serving as the Treasury liaison for the�Morgan Stanley subsidiary Saxon Mortgage, Loren worked on the Treasury�s MHA�Program since its inception. Loren also served as VP at Goldman Sachs. Prior to�that, Loren served in numerous executive positions at HSBC during his 18 year�career, including General Counsel of Commercial Financial Services, Managing�Director and SVP of Mortgage Services. Mr. Chimienti oversees the day-to-day compliance matters for Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC. He is responsible for regulatory compliance for Bayview, including monitoring company policies for compliance with federal, state and local servicing and privacy regulations and responses to regulatory audits. Mr. Chimienti is also the Chairman of Bayview�s Compliance Committee which assists management with respect to monitoring and coordinating Bayview�s regulatory and business compliance obligations and overseeing Bayview�s implementation and enforcement of its risk management policies and procedures. Prior to his current position, Mr. Chimienti was Assistant General Counsel in the corporate legal department of Bayview�s parent company, Bayview Asset Management, LLC. Terrence J. Glomski, Managing Director, joined Neuberger Berman in 1992. Terry is a portfolio manager responsible for both structured products and residential whole loan strategies that focus on mortgage credit. Terry has overseen the launch and development of the residential whole loan investment effort at Neuberger Berman, which applies the firms mortgage analytic strengths to borrower-centric resolutions for investors. He is also the architect of the structured products analytical platform which is used for the management of all structured products across Neuberger Bermans fixed income products.Previously, he was a fixed income portfolio manager with Franklin Savings Association specializing in mortgage derivatives. Prior to that, Terry was a co-founder and vice president of Banking Decision Systems, a consultant for financial institutions on quantitative fixed income portfolio techniques.He received his BS in Economics and Finance and his Masters in Quantitative Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
