    Jo Ann Kruse serves as Chief Operating Officer for MMREM, a national real estate asset management and disposition provider to multiple federal agencies, mortgage servicers, investors and insurers. She has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, focusing on operations, business process improvement and risk management within large financial services organizations. She is based in the headquarters office at MMREM in Frisco, Texas, where most of the company�s operating units and subsidiaries report through her. Jo Ann joined MMREM from the Impac Companies in Irvine, California, where she served in several senior roles over six years, including as executive vice president and director of mortgage operations, servicing and default. Under her leadership, mortgage production quadrupled to over $3.6 billion in annual run rate. She also managed a real estate owned (REO) outsource company acquired by Impac in the liquidation of billions in assets, while additionally being responsible for a $17 billion mortgage-backed securities servicing portfolio. Prior to Impac, Jo Ann held senior and executive risk management positions at Countrywide, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and KPMG.

Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. Webb served in similar positions with Bank of America and has over 13 years of vendor management / supply chain management experience.     Rob Couch is a member of the Banking and Financial Services, Real Estate and Governmental Affairs practice groups at the law firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings. He also serves as a Commissioner on the Housing Commission of the Bipartisan Policy Center, Washington, DC. Rob served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from 2006 to 2008. Prior to his position with HUD, Rob served as President of the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae). He also served as a member of President George W. Bush's Task Force on the Status of Puerto Rico. Rob�s first tour of duty in government was as a law clerk to Hon. Lewis F. Powell, Jr., associate justice of the U. S. Supreme Court.Rob has a wealth of private sector skills and experience. He currently serves as a director of Prospect Mortgage Co., Sherman Oaks, CA, and as a director of American Capital Agency Corp. and American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp., both of Bethesda, MD. Prior to his government service, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of New South Federal Savings Bank in Birmingham, AL. An active member of the mortgage banking industry, Rob is a former Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Mortgage Banker (master certificate).

    Michael Adomatis has a broad background in the lending space focusing for a nearly a decade on life-of-loan management, including origination processes and sales strategy as well as servicing and end-of-loan disposition. Since joining Fiserv, Michael has performed various consulting, product development and product management functions.     Alice Alvey was co-founder of Mortgage U in 1996 and now heads Indecomm�s Mortgage Learning division. She has created customized mortgage training programs, including automated compliance Health Checklists and procedure manuals. She is the author of the FHA and VA Practical Guides now distributed by Indecomm. Alvey is a Master Certified Mortgage Banker and serves on the advisory board for Habitat for Humanity Michigan Fund. Previously she served on Fannie Mae�s Risk Management Advisory Counsel and in 2009 she received the James T. Barnes award for significant contributions to the mortgage banking industry.

    Reid F. Herlihy provides regulatory and transactional advice for clients on a range of issues involving state and federal consumer finance laws. Mr. Herlihy counsels mortgage companies, servicers, consumer finance companies, financial institutions, investment banks, debt collectors, and secondary-market investors on state and federal regulatory compliance issues. Mr. Herlihy regularly assists clients with meeting state and federal licensing and approval requirements, including those related to stock and asset acquisitions. He has extensive experience with the SAFE Act and has counseled numerous mortgage companies, servicers, and third-party service providers on implementing those requirements. He also assists clients with state and federal examination issues and regulatory actions, and counsels clients on laws regarding advertising, fair debt collection, disclosures, loss mitigation, foreclosure procedures, and business practices. Mr. Herlihy frequently prepares multistate regulatory surveys and analyses on a wide range of matters concerning residential mortgage lending, brokering, and servicing, and assists companies in implementing new state laws and regulations.Mr. Herlihy authored the �Fair Debt Collection Practices Act� chapter of Mortgage Finance Regulation Answer Book 2011-2012, published by the Practising Law Institute.
