    Mike has spent nearly 30 years in the mortgage and financial services industries. Prior to co-founding CrossCheck, he was associated with The Prieston Group, a firm he helped launch that provides fraud prevention, and indemnification services to the mortgage industry. Prior to joining The Prieston Group, he spent 16 years with Household International. During his career with Household, he served in a variety of positions, including national sales director of Household�s correspondent mortgage business and chief financial officer of Household�s consumer finance business, Household Finance. Mike began his professional career with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant.He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.

    Andy is a Counsel in the CFPB�s Office of Regulations, where he plays a leading role in the implementation of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Mortgage Disclosure rule.� Andy also played a key role in the implementation of the CFPB�s January 2013 mortgage rules and in the development of the new rules under the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act.� Prior to joining the CFPB, Andy worked at the law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP.�

    David Tallman is a partner at K&L Gates LLP.� Working from the firm�s offices in Dallas, Texas, he has a national regulatory compliance practice, with particular expertise advising companies on federal and state laws regulating consumer financial services, payment systems, advertising and marketing, privacy, and information security.� He regularly assists mortgage servicing clients with regulatory compliance matters, including by structuring operations; drafting policies and procedures; developing compliance management systems and due diligence programs; performing regulatory compliance audits and risk assessments; representing clients in federal and state examinations, investigations and enforcement proceedings; drafting servicing and sub-servicing agreements; and assisting in litigation-related matters.� Mr. Tallman is a frequent lecturer at consumer finance seminars and conferences and recently co-authored the Mortgage Banker Association�s treatise on the new RESPA/TILA Servicing Standards. �

    Steven Stein is senior vice president of Market & Client Strategy for CoreLogic. He is responsible for the Market & Client Strategy teams in the Global Sales and Client Strategy group. He is responsible for developing and executing strategic vision for the company�s alternative credit businesses, which includes strategy, expanding market share, increasing revenues and maximizing profitability. Steven joined CoreLogic in April 2013. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Steven served in senior executive roles at the industry�s largest lenders and servicers, including CitiGroup, JPMorgan Chase and GMAC, where he managed origination production channels in both retail and wholesale business units. During his tenure at Chase he also developed and managed critical customer-facing functions in default management, and helped lead the development of the company�s modification programs to assist distressed borrowers. During his career, Steven has also served in leadership roles at Washington Mutual Bank, Inc., Prudential Home Mortgage/ Norwest Mortgage and Crossland Savings FSB.
