She leads Zillow�s efforts to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about financing homes. Erin is a recognized leader in the mortgage industry and recently was named as one of HousingWire Magazine� 2012 Women of Influence. She has held various roles in the mortgage industry throughout the decade. Most recently, Erin was the Senior Vice President at Bank of America where she led the Centralized Sales purchase home loan business. Before entering the mortgage industry, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

    Stephen Hanson is Senior Mortgage Regulatory Counsel for EverBank, a Federal Savings Association located in Jacksonville, Florida which has $18 Billion in assets. For the past four years, Mr. Hanson has supported all aspects of EverBank's residential mortgage origination and servicing operations. His current focus is on exam management and regulatory risk issues for the Servicing Division, including issues affecting vendor management. Prior to joining EverBank, he served as Senior Counsel to Wells Fargo for 10 years, supporting its residential mortgage division.

    John Vella is COO of Equator. He joined Equator in April 2010 and is responsible for implementing the company’s growth strategy. Currently, Vella is leading the efforts to further expand the scope of the company’s EQ Workstation, a fully automated online system that provides financial institutions with tools for managing default servicing, and the EQ Marketplace, which acts as an ecommerce forum connecting financial institutions with loan servicers, servicing vendors and real estate agents.Vella has more than 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Equator, he was the executive vice president responsible for special servicing for GMAC/Rescap. Previously, he held roles as president and chief executive officer of EMC Mortgage (a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase); CEO of Household Automotive; Chief Administrative Officer of Option One Mortgage and director at Freddie Mac and FDIC.Vella represents Equator as a panel participant or guest speaker at multiple industry tradeshows throughout the year. He is a graduate of Springfield College in Massachusetts as well as of the American Bankers Association and FDIC Credit School.

    Craig Martin is a Director in the Mortgage Practice at J.D. Power and Associates. He is responsible for the company’s research studies in the mortgage sector, as well as proprietary tracking, consulting and performance improvement initiatives within the company’s Financial Services Practice.Before joining J.D. Power and Associates in 2012, Mr. Martin was vice president, Consumer Deposit Products at BBVA Compass. There, he was responsible for ongoing competitive evaluations of product sets, new product development and development of tools to aid in product sales, including product packages. Prior to BBVA Compass, he was a vice president at Regions Financial Corporation, where he served in various roles in both consumer and commercial lines of business, with a focus on customer experience, research, analytics and strategy. Previously, he was with Infosurv Inc. and Aspect Communications.Mr. Martin received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
