    Jose Solera, PMP, MBA (Cornell University) and a United States Military Academy (West Point) graduate, has over 25 years of experience in high technology companies. He has led and managed projects and programs of all sizes in IT, security, and marketing. Previously with Railinc in Cary, NC as the Director of Software Engineering for IT Commercial and Central Services, Jose is now the CIO for LISI. Prior to Railinc he worked for Symantec, Intel, and Accenture. At Railinc he led many large multi-year programs including MDM and mainframe migration, the management and support of critical systems and enterprise services, disaster recovery (DR), user experience (UX), and Agile. Other major programs Mr. Solera has led include the Year 2000 program for all Intel, the Intel Inside� Program system development, and a SaaS (Software as a Service) initiative at Symantec in support of a new set of products. Mr. Solera teaches and coaches on leadership and project management at two major universities and PMI chapters.

    Tim Swan is the Director of Data Quality Management in the Data Management Office of MUFG Union Bank, where he is actively engaged in driving the firm�s enterprise data management strategy and leading a variety of initiatives focused on enhancing the value of data as an enterprise asset.� These efforts include work in data governance, quality management, master and reference data management, metadata management, data operations, and business process improvement.� Prior to joining Union Bank, Mr. Swan spent over 20 years managing technology strategy and delivery for top financial services firms including Blackrock and Barclays Global Investors.

In this role, she is responsible for defining and implementing product strategy for Novetta Entity Analytics, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and analysts, seeking new market opportunities, and providing�oversight�of overall strategy, technical and marketing aspects of the product.�Jennifer joined Novetta after serving as a Senior Product Manager at IBM for InfoSphere MDM. While at IBM, she was responsible for overseeing MDM strategy for Big Data, including unstructured data correlation, for which she was a co-inventor, and entity resolution on Hadoop.�With more than 20 years of technical expertise and background in financial services and government, Jennifer is focused on turning that knowledge into easier to implement solutions that solve the highly complex, real-world needs of Big Data customers.

    Victor Milligan is the chief marketing officer (CMO) of Forrester Research.As chief marketing officer (CMO), Victor leads a global marketing organization responsible for promoting and protecting the Forrester brand and converting customer insight into compelling and memorable client experiences.Victor is an experienced senior marketing executive, having served as CMO at two previous companies, Nexage and Lavastorm Analytics. Victor established Nexage as the leader in the highly dynamic mobile advertising market that was driven by two megaforces: the mobile revolution and programmatic technologies. He converted that leadership into three years of triple-digit growth. At Lavastorm, Victor positioned the company and its technology to enter the operational analytics space, helping enterprises understand and capitalize on an agile analytic approach to discover risks or hidden value in critical customer processes.Prior to that, Victor was a group vice president and senior managing partner for Gartner Consulting and ran the Global Industries group. Before Gartner, Victor spent nine years with Booz Allen Hamilton. Victor began his career in the US Air Force Space Command�where�he worked on classified satellite programs and the teams that launched the Global Positioning System, the foundation for so many location-based services today.

    Scott Zoldi is a vice president of analytic science at FICO. He is responsible for the analytic development of FICO�s transaction analytics products and solutions, including FICO� Falcon� Fraud Manager, which protects about two thirds of the world�s payment card transactions from fraud. He received his Ph.D. in theoretical and computational physics from Duke University.
