    Kevin Whitehorn joined Sogeti UK in October 2012 as the Head of Delivery for the Microsoft Practice in Sogeti UK.� Kevin has been working in the IT industry for more than 13 years mainly focusing on Desktop and Infrastructural Management which has provided him with an extensive technical, managerial and solution delivery experience.During his career, Kevin has focused a large part of his attentions on the effective delivery of projects and the simplification of process in order to minimize redundancy and save costs wherever possible. This has been born from his passion for to �make all things lean� and the simplification of processes.His eagerness to transfer knowledge and develop others has made him one of the key mentors within Sogeti UK. He has a keen eye for innovative and encouraging the use of new technologies to keep up with the demands of clients and the growing need to be more effective.     Wayne Garzancich is the Senior Director of Information Management and Delivery at Daymon Worldwide and a 30+ year IT veteran, the last 2 decades of which spent in various roles spanning 3 continents within Daymon Worldwide. He’s responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s MDM, EDW information reporting and analytical tools. Which implementation achieved industry recognition as a finalist for the 2011 Gartner's MDM Excellence Award. Previously Wayne held various IT management positions within the organization including, being seconded by the founder to UDEX (UK Based) where he held the position of North American Technical and Operations Director, and served on the GS1 Private Label Advisory Committee. In 2006 he assisted�in the sale of UDEX Limited to GXS Corp. Wayne is a member of the Daymon Investment Advisory Committee, and represents Daymon on the Technical Advisory Board of a large syndicated data provider to the industry.

    Mr. Lance is a strategic business integration & transformation leader with over 25 years of domestic and international insurance distribution experience in emerging and mature markets with top tier financial services firms such as OneAmerica, MetLife, AXA and Generali.He has served around the world in various senior leadership M&A roles leading large scale multi-million dollar integration/transformation programs and heading insurance operations at branch, regional, national and international levels. Prior to joining OneAmerica in the fall of 2013, he was based in London, England where he was responsible for leading the successful integration of MetLife and Alico in EMEA with a focus on Ireland and the United Kingdom. He also helped launch AXA Equitable’s At RetirementSM program in the U.S., served as AXA Group’s global head of Internal Communications in Paris, France, and was COO of AXA Advisors’ Northeast Division based in New York.Mr. Lance holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in International Business from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Rhode Island, an Executive Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School, and a Retirement Management Analyst (RMA�) designation. He has FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 26 and 66 registrations.He is a board member and part of the Executive Committee of the Retirement Income Industry Association (RIIA�).
