Kevin Whitehorn joined Sogeti UK in October 2012 as the Head of Delivery for the Microsoft Practice in Sogeti UK.� Kevin has been working in the IT industry for more than 13 years mainly focusing on Desktop and Infrastructural Management which has provided him with an extensive technical, managerial and solution delivery experience.During his career, Kevin has focused a large part of his attentions on the effective delivery of projects and the simplification of process in order to minimize redundancy and save costs wherever possible. This has been born from his passion for to �make all things lean� and the simplification of processes.His eagerness to transfer knowledge and develop others has made him one of the key mentors within Sogeti UK. He has a keen eye for innovative and encouraging the use of new technologies to keep up with the demands of clients and the growing need to be more effective. Don MacVittie is senior solutions architect for StackIQ Inc. He has previously worked in development, operations, networking, storage, and security, along with IT management and product management. MacVittie has authored numerous articles on a variety of topics aimed at IT professionals. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Michigan University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University.

Keith Boardman has in depth knowledge of process engineering, quality assurance, testing, business transformation and information management. His technical background at large professional services companies as well as at SAP has helped Keith build extensive experience in high tech, aviation, manufacturing and supply chain. At DATUM, Keith provides coaching and mentorship across all disciplines and serves as the project lead for EIM strategy, assessments, and technology readiness.

As competency lead focused on Master Data Management as well as overall Enterprise Information Management Strategy, Dennis engages in solution development and delivery for clients of Knowledgent’s Financial Services, Insurance and Commercial Practice.�Dennis spends a significant amount of his time engaged directly with customers, overseeing teams and engaged in project delivery. He frequently attends industry conferences to stay apprised of the latest trends and emerging techniques in Data Management technology and helps foster Knowledgent’s relationships with vendor partners.Dennis has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, specializing in information management, enterprise architecture, organizational change management, and IT leadership.� He has been successful both in industry and in management consulting, and brings a unique perspective of both business and technical solutions across industries.��

Wayne Garzancich is the Senior Director of Information Management and Delivery at Daymon Worldwide and a 30+ year IT veteran, the last 2 decades of which spent in various roles spanning 3 continents within Daymon Worldwide. He’s responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s MDM, EDW information reporting and analytical tools. Which implementation achieved industry recognition as a finalist for the 2011 Gartner's MDM Excellence Award. Previously Wayne held various IT management positions within the organization including, being seconded by the founder to UDEX (UK Based) where he held the position of North American Technical and Operations Director, and served on the GS1 Private Label Advisory Committee. In 2006 he assisted�in the sale of UDEX Limited to GXS Corp. Wayne is a member of the Daymon Investment Advisory Committee, and represents Daymon on the Technical Advisory Board of a large syndicated data provider to the industry.

Change agent, innovator and ecommerce leader whose mantra is “Where technology connects people”, John Riley comes with over 20 years of experience in Digital Marketing giving him a deep understanding of how human behavior interacts with a variety of markets. �Currently, John is the Sr. Director of eCommerce & Business Automation at Hubbell Inc. and has had several roles previously since joining them in 1995.� He holds a Master’s Degree in Technology Management with a BS in Business and Sociology, making him a knowledgeable expert in his field.

Mr. Lance is a strategic business integration & transformation leader with over 25 years of domestic and international insurance distribution experience in emerging and mature markets with top tier financial services firms such as OneAmerica, MetLife, AXA and Generali.He has served around the world in various senior leadership M&A roles leading large scale multi-million dollar integration/transformation programs and heading insurance operations at branch, regional, national and international levels. Prior to joining OneAmerica in the fall of 2013, he was based in London, England where he was responsible for leading the successful integration of MetLife and Alico in EMEA with a focus on Ireland and the United Kingdom. He also helped launch AXA Equitable’s At RetirementSM program in the U.S., served as AXA Group’s global head of Internal Communications in Paris, France, and was COO of AXA Advisors’ Northeast Division based in New York.Mr. Lance holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in International Business from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Rhode Island, an Executive Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School, and a Retirement Management Analyst (RMA�) designation. He has FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 26 and 66 registrations.He is a board member and part of the Executive Committee of the Retirement Income Industry Association (RIIA�). He has dual French – U.S. citizenships and is multilingual.��
