    Wayne Garzancich is the Senior Director of Information Management and Delivery at Daymon Worldwide and a 30+ year IT veteran, the last 2 decades of which spent in various roles spanning 3 continents within Daymon Worldwide. He’s responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s MDM, EDW information reporting and analytical tools. Which implementation achieved industry recognition as a finalist for the 2011 Gartner's MDM Excellence Award. Previously Wayne held various IT management positions within the organization including, being seconded by the founder to UDEX (UK Based) where he held the position of North American Technical and Operations Director, and served on the GS1 Private Label Advisory Committee. In 2006 he assisted�in the sale of UDEX Limited to GXS Corp. Wayne is a member of the Daymon Investment Advisory Committee, and represents Daymon on the Technical Advisory Board of a large syndicated data provider to the industry.

    Brian Beil has been working in the MDM space for the last ten years.� He spent the first eight years working for Forest Laboratories in the pharma industry focused primarily on customer data utilizing Informatica MDM technologies.� In his current role as Manager of MDM Solutions at NBTY, Brian is focused primarily on product data management utilizing Oracle MDM and PLM technologies.� At NBTY Brian is responsible for MDM strategy, data governance, data quality, �data integration, and day to day MDM system operations and support.� In addition, Brian and his team have overall ownership and provide support for Oracle Agile PLM which is the authoring application for a majority of the product master data.� Over the course of the last ten years Brian has not only implemented multiple MDM projects and solutions, but he has also managed MDM system operations, enterprise centric data stewardship, as well as lead and supported various data governance initiatives.� Brian holds an M.B.A from Baruch College, as well as a B.S. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
