Ritika Gunnar is the Vice President of IBM’s Master Data Management and Information Integration and Governance Business.� In this role, she is responsible for the offering management and P&L for capabilities like Entity Management and Entity Analytics, Information Integration, Master Data Management, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Privacy and Quality Management and Data Discovery.�Previously, she managed IBM’s Data Warehousing & Analytics Systems business responsible for the strategy, directions and operational management of the Warehousing portfolio.Ritika has worked with IBM in various roles within development, support and technical sales.�� She started her career developing and supporting systems management warehousing and reporting solutions.� She worked in various development projects across IBMs brands to create appliances and solutions for clients cloud and virtualization needs.� Ritika also managed Tivoli’s world-wide technical sales teams driving solution selling within the portfolio and increasing overall revenue an client satisfaction for the brand.Ritika holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.� She’s currently resides in Austin Texas.

Pam is currently engaged as Vice President, Data Governance and Data Quality for the Office of the Chief Data Officer at TD Bank.� As part of the start-up team for the Chief Data Office, she is focused on developing and defining elements in support of TD's implementation of its Enterprise Data Strategy and Capabilities. Pam is a strong advocate that Data Stewardship is a foundational concept that reinforces Enterprise Data Governance. In her present role, she supports and provides leadership for TD's Data Steward Community in operationalizing TD's Enterprise Data Capabilities.Ms. Basil has 6+ years of experience in Data Governance with increasingly senior roles in the healthcare and financial industries.� That experience includes evaluating governance, quality, and data management solutions at a program level as well as at an enterprise scope - with a focus on long term return on investment.�� Pam has previously presented and served on expert panels at DAMA Chapters.� Her core competencies are Data Governance, Data Quality, Meta Data, Reference Data Management, and Problem Management Resolution.� Pam is the VP of Membership for the Board of Directors of DAMA Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter and a member of DAMA International.� She has received undergraduate degrees from Georgian Court University and Ocean County University, and working towards a CDMP.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, Danny has been with CA for 16 years.� His industry experience includes various roles in data administration, database design, business intelligence, metadata management and application development.� Danny’s roles with CA include technical presales consulting, business development, product management and business strategy.� Each role has given him a deep insight into a broad range of issues facing organizations as they plan, develop and manage their data architecture and strategic information delivery infrastructure.Danny is responsible for the strategy, messaging, and strategic alliances for CA ERwin Modeling.�
