    Teresa Jacobs is the IT Director of business support systems (BSS) development for Qwest. Her responsibilities include the billing and corporate systems for finance, procurement, human resources, legal, corporate security and other business units. The BSS development organization leverages synergies in billing, accounting, data warehousing, and related functions to improve performance. Ms. Jacobs reports to the CIO. Ms. Jacobs' team consists of 1,000 people, spanning seven cities and two countries, including 400 people in India. Ms. Jacobs started her IT career in banking and wholesale in small and mid-sized companies. She has spent the bulk of her professional career in telecommunications. She has led IT organizations in business solutions, software development, network management, and help desks, and has an excellent record at on-time, on-budget delivery. Ms. Jacobs earned a degree in mathematics with an emphasis in computer science from the University of Colorado. In addition, Ms. Jacobs is on the Information Technologies Studies advisory board at the University of Denver Women’s College, a volunteer for Junior Achievement, and is an active mentor for the intern program at Qwest. Ms. Jacobs is married with three children and spends most of her time outside of work attending her children’s sports events, playing golf and tennis when time allows, and enjoying the fine arts.

At Carnegie Group, he was the pioneer in developing knowledge-based solutions for CRM.  At BearingPoint, he led the development of Enterprise Integration, Master Data Management and OSS/BSS (Operations Support Systems / Business Support Systems) solutions for the Communications market and also developed horizontal solutions for Communications, Financial Services and Public Services.  At IBM, Dr. Sathi has led several Information Management programs in MDM, Data Security, Business Intelligence and related areas and has provided strategic Architecture oversight to IBM’s strategic accounts. Dr. Sathi has also delivered a number of workshops and presentations at industry conferences on technical subjects including Master Data Management and Data Architecture. 

    Michael Schamberg is an accomplished Fortune 500 leader with expertise in Finance as well IT Program management. Mr. Schamberg is currently responsible for the GIS demand management of Applied Materials global finance organization as well as the EDM Vendor Master Domain. Within the last year he have led the: Development and deployment of a workflow tool used for both the creation and modification of existing Vendor Master records; Establishment of a vendor master domain council (made up of functional leads within each business); and establishment of a vendor master steering committee.
