Jim Denyer is an expert in the development and implementation of enterprise data strategy, including MDM and Data Governance applications.� Since 2005, Mr. Denyer has played an integral role in the development and evolution of IBC’s enterprise data strategy.� He currently directs the Information Governance group which oversees data architecture, data governance and quality.� Mr. Denyer previously was with PeopleSoft Consulting working on-site with customers implementing PeopleSoft data warehouse and analytics solutions, before joining Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia.� He received his BSc from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.

John Parker is a Senior Director in Oracle's Enterprise Data Management group. For the past 9 years he has worked with hundreds of Oracle customers around the world defining data strategies and architectures for maintaining and improving mission-critical data. Prior to Oracle, he ran financial services for Vitria Technology. He was COO and CEO of Sectorbase, now Revere Data, and has designed and implemented MDM and reference data solutions at major banks and brokerage firms. He was educated at MIT and Emory University, majoring in Economics.
As the Director of Global Customer Data at Elsevier, Frank Guastafeste is a business champion, advocate and partner on the use, development and growth of Customer MDM.� He supports many initiatives that demand a deeper understanding of the people we serve (researchers and customers) with the knowledge that the unique identification of individuals and institutions has become increasingly important to Elsevier�s strategy.� Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) is one of the key enablers in developing this deeper understanding.
