Randy Bean co-founded NewVantage Partners, a management consulting firm focused on executive thought-leadership in the areas of big data, information strategy, and data analytics for Fortune 1000 companies, in 2001. Randy was previously senior vice president and general manager with Harte-Hanks Data Technologies (1988-1998), a pioneer and leader in the field of database marketing and CRM, and a founder and senior executive with Wheelhouse Corporation (1999-01), a venture backed early-leader in CRM and web analytics. He formerly held IT and strategic planning positions with Bank of Boston (1979-87).

For the past 5 years of her career, Julie Myers focused data management and business intelligence in the retail industry. Currently, Data Governance Lead at VF Corporation, Ms. Myers leads also led Data Management for the implementation of SAP at The Timberland Company. Prior to her IT career, she lead sales and product operations areas at The Timberland Company and was assistant controller at GTE Control Devices. Ms. Myers received her MBA in Operations from Bentley College and her BS in Finance from Northeastern University.

Aditya Mehta "Adi" is with the Enterprise Information Management Group at UnitedHealth Group. He is the Capability Lead for Canonical Message Modeling and Reference Data Management. He was previously working as Lead MDM Architect and was instrumental in building the Customer MDM Hub at UnitedHealth Group. Adi has more than 10 years’ experience in various Information Management functions like business intelligence, data mining, data architecture and data integration across multiple industry domains including financial and healthcare.

Elisa Pirylis has spent the last 12 years working in Data Quality. Currently she is working for Express Scripts as Enterprise Data Steward. Elisa is subject matter expert for Patient Data Domain and member of Data Governance Council. She is a mentor to the Data Stewardship community at Express Scripts, with disciplines including Data Profiling and Acquiring Sponsors.

Donna is an Information Management Project Manager & Certified Scrum Master in the Information Technology department at Great American Insurance in Cincinnati, OH. She has over 30 years of experience in IT and has held responsibilities in a diverse set of roles including data architecture, technical training and documentation. In addition to insurance, Donna has also worked for and consulted to other industries including consumer packaged goods, managed healthcare and education.

Bob Delp is the MDM Program Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies. In his current role, Bob leads a team that is responsible for global MDM technologies, IT strategies, and data architecture for the Consumer Sector in J&J. Bob and his team lead projects focusing the consolidation of master data, workflow technologies, and data quality solutions.Bob graduated with a BS in Computer Science from LaSalle University in 2000, and obtained an MS in IT Leadership from LaSalle in 2006. Bob has been with J&J for over 12 years, and has held roles of increasing responsibility in IT supporting R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Sundaresa Subramanian has 11 years of experience in software testing, digital signal processing research and development. He is a Senior Project Manager associated with Financial Services testing practice at Infosys Limited. He has a diversified experience in project management, client interfacing and R&D and has strategized and program managed several functional and data warehousing QA engagements.He has authored and presented papers on various topics at national and international conferences on the topics of risk identification, data warehouse test strategizing, mobile QA, specialized QA services and project management.
