    Throughout her 20-year career at VF Corporation, Ms. Davis has helped the company meet information technology and business needs across the company’s global portfolio of leading brands. While at VF, she has solved a multitude of diverse business problems via the application of advanced technology. Ms. Davis has been the project lead on VF Corporation’s MDM and DG initiative since its inception. She has been a key leader and visionary at each stage of VF Corporation’s MDM and DG project including formulating the company’s strategy, developing the business case, selecting a strategic technology partner, promoting the benefits of MDM to the company’s businesses, organizing key stakeholders and overseeing multiple deployment phases.

    David Woods has over twenty years of Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Data Governance and Data Migration experience. Mr. Woods provides a unique and business centric perspective in solving key information management challenges. Prior to co-founding DATUM in 2009, Mr. Woods was responsible for Global Master Data for the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies where he led a world-class effort in establishing an information management vision, process standardization, and implementation of a leading edge portfolio of SAP data management tools. Past experience includes IT strategy consulting for Deloitte and Fluor Daniel in addition to running his own consulting firm for 9 years. Mr. Woods holds a BS in Engineering from Villanova University.

    Joe Federer joined Express Scripts in 2005. In his current role, Joe has responsibility for the Specialty PharmacoAnalytics and Data Governance areas. His team supports the development of new products and services as well as client reporting, analytics and data governance. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Joe was SVP of Worldwide Services for SPSS, Inc., and previously VP of Professional Services for Teradata. Joe has a background in financial systems, health care, accounting systems, and credit card processing. He has deep experience in data warehouse, business intelligence, and customer relationship management solutions. Joe has an MBA from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

    Danette is currently the Group Lead for the Oracle Applications and Enterprise Data teams at The Church Pension Group (CPG). She began her career at CPG in 2000 as the Senior Customer Service Representative in the Pension Services Department. Danette began her transition into the Information Technology and Support (ITS) Department in 2005 as the Lay Data Control Specialist for the Customer Data Hub (CDH) Team. Since then she has taken on numerous roles including, Data Analyst, and Enterprise Data Manager. One of her more recent accomplishments includes her valued participation and input during the implementation of ITIL-based standardized work processes within ITS at CPG which led to her becoming the CPG Change Manager. In that role she managed the Change Management workspace in the Numara helpdesk ticketing system, facilitated the weekly Change Advisory Board meetings with all ITS managers, provided Change Management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to Senior Management, and led the continuous improvement efforts around Change Management.Danette’s current Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) responsibilities includes supporting the following modules: CDH, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HR, Financials, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and overseeing the MDM program, ensuring the maintenance of business and data rules that drive consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data. Danette received her MBA in Business Management from Long Island University and also possesses her ITIL v3 certification.

    As President of Pitney Bowes Software, John O’Hara brings more than 28 years of experience in the tech industry. John was appointed President in July 2010 following a tenure as Executive Vice President and General Manager International for Pitney Bowes Software, a role he assumed shortly after joining MapInfo Corporation in October 2006 and the subsequent acquisition by MapInfo of Pitney Bowes.
