Chuck Sockett has more than 30 years of professional experience consulting on a wide range of entity-related tax issues for public and closely held businesses across a variety of industries. Additionally, he helps clients meet their complex tax-planning and compliance needs, including issues related to domestic and international transactions.

Emily LeStrange, CFA, CFP®, is the head of Vanguard Personalized Indexing. LeStrange's team is responsible for the strategy, service and distribution of Vanguard's personalized indexing offer for financial advisors.

Prior to her current role, LeStrange was a senior investment director on Vanguard's Manager Oversight and Search team. In this role, she was responsible for the continuous monitoring of a subset of Vanguard's 25 independent active equity investment managers, Vanguard's Equity Index Group and Vanguard's Quantitative Equity Group on behalf of Vanguard's Global Investment Committee and the board of directors. Previously, she held roles in Vanguard's Flagship Services, Investment Management Fintech Strategies and Corporate Strategy groups.

LeStrange earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor's degree in American Studies and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. She is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Jenn has more than 25 years of outsourced accounting and finance experience, with particular expertise in startups and the advertising and creative production industries. She is passionate about seeing companies utilize the latest accounting technology to maximize their efficiency, productivity, and ultimately, success.

Before joining Armanino, Jenn founded and led Team Jenn Corp., a firm dedicated to the strategic financial management of startups and small businesses, offering a comprehensive back office solution with accounting, finance and HR solutions.  Previous roles include stints at advertising giant Ogilvy and Mather, and in the cash management industry.

Joe Bonner is the founder of J. Bonner Consulting and a three-time bank CEO.

Alexander Bagne, CPA, JD, MBA, CCSP, is the president of ICS Tax LLC. He focuses on tax planning strategies for real estate investors and developers, is a proponent of energy efficient construction and has served as the president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP).

Wayne Chang is a serial entrepreneur and one of Forbes’ Top 50 Angel Investors. He has created products acquired by Google and Twitter, and has been involved in over 80 start-ups. His latest venture, Digits, is backed by $32 million from Benchmark and GV.

Jack Reagan is a managing director at UHY Advisors and a member of the firm’s national management committee that oversees the national audit and assurance practice. He has over 30 years of experience serving state and local governments, local school districts, federal government entities, and not for profit organizations as both an auditor and consultant. He has served many of the largest state and local government entities throughout the country, including New York City, Boston, San Jose, Nashville and Washington, D.C., as well as the states of New York, Texas, New Jersey, Delaware and California and Fairfax County (Virginia), Loudoun County (Virginia) and Montgomery County (Maryland). Reagan has also successfully assisted numerous localities in obtaining and maintaining their GFOA and ASB Certificates of Excellence in Financial Reporting. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a BSBA in accounting.

Sameer leads a team dedicated to continuous growth and delivering a portfolio of services to leading insurance companies around the world. Sameer brings to this role particular expertise in the insurance industry, operations excellence, data analytics, and digital transformation. Sameer is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Sameer has been in leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Genpact for 15 years and was instrumental in setting up the insurance business at Genpact. His holistic approach to serving clients, and his expert grasp of digital technologies and deep domain expertise, have helped him lead large, successful engagements over the years.

Prior to Genpact, Sameer worked for seven years in the insurance business at General Electric, earning a Master Black Belt designation and serving as an operations leader in GE’s insurance vertical focused on claims and underwriting operations.

Sameer earned dual masters’ degrees in management and economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India.
