Wendy Smith has been with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority�s Finance Division since 1993 and has served as the Finance Director since June 2001. She has been a CPA since 1988 and began her accounting career in the insurance industry. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma and earned a Bachelor�s of Science Degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.

With over 34 years of financial experience, Mr. Rodriguez has represented many of the largest Texas Public Community College Districts as financial advisor. Over the years, Mr. Rodriguez introduced the use of Public Facility Corporation financing to Texas Community College Districts and has structured numerous issues for districts across the state. Jeff joined Capital One Public Funding, LLC in May 2005 as Vice President/ Director of Business Development. He is responsible for identifying and structuring tax-exempt loan and lease transactions for governmental and nonprofit borrowers throughout the U.S. Jeff primarily works with public finance intermediaries. Mr. Sharp was formerly Senior Vice President covering the Central Region for both Transamerica and ORIX Public Finance, where he originated and structured tax-exempt leases and bond issues. In 2003, Jeff he was promoted to Senior Vice President-Capital Markets where he was responsible for managing the public finance portfolio and syndicating transactions individually and in large portfolio sales. Jeff began his career in local government and eventually became a public finance investment banker for a regional securities firm covering Kansas, Missouri, and New Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies (Urban Geography) and Master of Public Administration (City Management) from the University of Kansas.

Gary Goldsholle is General Counsel of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), where he oversees all legal activities of the MSRB, including market regulation, professional qualifications, enforcement support and corporate governance. Prior to joining the MSRB, Mr. Goldsholle was vice president and associate general counsel for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he was responsible for regulatory policy and rule development. He also worked in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Division of Trading and Markets at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Mr. Goldsholle began his legal career as an associate at Steptoe & Johnson.Mr. Goldsholle received a bachelor�s degree from Duke University and a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
