    Ms. Snyder serves as Siebert Brandford Shank�s water and sewer specialist for issuers across the country.� She has senior managed nearly $4 billion of water and sewer transactions for major systems across the country including: EBMUD, Los Angeles, Houston, St. Louis Sewer, Philadelphia, Chicago, DC Water, DeKalb County and NYC.� Ms. Snyder has worked diligently with clients to develop investor relation plans and rating agency presentations that have led to positive rating changes.� Ms. Snyder joined Siebert Brandford Shank in June 2008 and previously worked at UBS and Raymond James and is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.

    Chuck graduated from Gonzaga University with a BBA degree in accounting in 1973.� He was employed as a Certified Public Accountant by Coopers and Lybrand from 1973-1977.� He later served as Controller for a Spokane-based family corporation.� He joined Gonzaga University in 1978, serving as Controller until 1985 when he assumed his current responsibilities as Vice President for Finance.� As the University�s Chief Financial Officer, he oversees accounting and financial recordkeeping, operating and capital budgets, investments, long term financing, insurance and risk management, property acquisition, and campus master planning.His community involvement includes current service on the Board of Directors of the Gonzaga Preparatory School Foundation, Catholic Charities Housing Board, and Catholic Charities Foundation. He also served on the Board of Gonzaga Preparatory School, the Downtown Spokane Partnership and the Economic Development Council.

    Jim Burr is a partner in Chapman and Cutler�s Public Finance Department, and serves as Practice Group Leader for Chapman�s national public finance practice. Jim practices focuses on municipal securities law matters, and he represents issuers and underwriters in public, private and institutional offerings of tax exempt and taxable debt, and the preparation of new issue and continuing disclosure documents. He represents a number of market participants regarding, and regularly writes and lectures on, current developments in SEC and MSRB rules and regulations governing the municipal securities market and disclosure practices, including particularly the SEC�s municipal advisor registration rules, the MSRB�s municipal advisor rule-makings and the SEC�s Municipalities Continuing Disclosure Cooperation Initiative.

    Mark Campbell was appointment by State Treasurer Bill Lockyer to serve as the Executive Director of the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission (CDIAC) in 2010. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Campbell served as a principal budget analyst with the Department of Finance overseeing the capital expenditure budget for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. In addition, Mr. Campbell represented the Department of Finance on a multi-disciplinary team developing an integrated financial management system for the State of California. He previously worked as a program manager and administrative officer for CDIAC from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Campbell holds a M.B.A and a M.Ed. from the University of California, Davis.�

    Mike Craft is a Managing Director, Credit at Lumesis.� Mike joined Lumesis with over 25 years of experience in municipal bond industry. Prior to joining Lumesis, Mike spent 16 years at Fidelity Investments where he held various roles within Fixed Income, including:� Credit Analyst, Head Trader on the Municipal Bond desk, Manager for Municipal Bond Separate Accounts, and Quantitative Desk Analyst for the Municipal Bond and Taxable Money Market desks.Preceding Fidelity, Mike was a Municipal Bond Strategist, Senior Vice President of Fixed Income at Lehman Brothers. In addition, he was a Vice President, Municipal Bonds at Shearson Lehman Hutton where he was responsible for managing $11 billion commercial paper and floating rate note programs for large municipal bond issuers.Mike holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Russian Studies from Amherst College and is a CFA charter holder.Founded in 2010, Lumesis Inc. is a financial technology company focused on providing business efficiency, data and regulatory solutions for the municipal marketplace under the DIVER brand.

    Mark Morehouse is a Managing Director and head of the P3 Investment Banking group at William Blair, based in Chicago.� He joined the firm in April 2012� and has� over 13 years industry experience, with a focus on transportation infrastructure.��As head of P3 Investment Banking, Mr. Morehouse is responsible for originating and executing P3 advisory and capital raising engagements in the transportation, social infrastructure and water sub-sectors in the US and globally.�� He is currently leading the execution teams on parking and bridge P3 assignments for both public- and private-sector clients.�Mr. Morehouse previously worked as Director at Credit Suisse, where he was head of coverage for airlines and airports throughout the Americas.He led the P3 financial advisory efforts on two groundbreaking airport transactions under the FAA Pilot Program: the long-term concessions of Chicago Midway International Airport and San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International Airport.     Rob joined National in early 2009, when it was established as a separate subsidiary of MBIA. He is a Director in the Portfolio Surveillance Department (Western Region), working primarily with higher education, non-profit and tax-backed credits. Previously, over a ten-year period at MBIA, Rob focused on new business in the student loan sector.Prior to MBIA, Rob had been with Sallie Mae since 1985, most recently providing credit enhancement for non-profit issuers of student loan revenue bonds.Rob holds an MBA from The University of Texas and a BA from Marquette University.�

    Jo Ivey Boufford, MD, is President of The New York Academy of Medicine. Dr. Boufford is Professor of Public Service, Health Policy and Management at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at New York University School of Medicine. She served as Dean of the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University from June 1997 to November 2002. Prior to that, she served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from November 1993 to January 1997, and as Acting Assistant Secretary from January 1997 to May 1997. While at HHS, she served as the U.S. representative on the Executive Board of the World Health Organization (WHO) from 1994�1997. Dr. Boufford currently serves on the board of the United Hospital Fund, Public Health Solutions and the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation and chairs the Public Health Committee of the State Public Health and Health Planning Council. She was elected to membership in the Institute of Medicine (IOM) in 1992 and is a member of its Board on Global Health, Board on African Science Academy Development and serves as its Foreign Secretary. She has received honorary degrees from the State University of New York- Brooklyn, New York Medical College, Pace University, and the University of Toledo. She has been a Fellow of The New York Academy of Medicine since 1988. Dr. Boufford received her BA from the University of Michigan, and her MD with distinction from the University of Michigan Medical School. She is board certified in pediatrics.
