Tim joined JPMorgan�s Public Finance (�PF�) Credit Origination Group in August 2007 as the senior credit banker covering clients domiciled in California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii and Utah. In 2008 Tim was appointed head of the PF Credit Origination/Portfolio Management Group. This group consists of 14 New York based bankers and currently provides approximately $28.5 billion of credit facilities to over 200 of the country�s largest and most sophisticated issuers. Prior to joining JPMorgan Tim worked for Lloyds Banking Group for 17 years in a variety of management roles within their Wholesale and International Banking departments. In 2000, Tim relocated from the UK to the US to join the Lloyds Structured Finance team in New York where he was responsible for establishing, staffing and setting the strategy for their municipal finance business. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in American Business Studies from the University of Wales, Swansea and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Joshua Franzel is the vice president of research for the Center for State and Local Government Excellence where he leads research initiatives on a range of public policy, finance, and management topics, often collaborating with organizations from the public, private, and academic sectors. He also is director of policy research for the International City/County Management Association and oversees the development of the organization�s white papers.�Previously he worked for both the Delaware and Florida Legislatures and was a Presidential Management Fellow with the International Trade Administration and the Office of Management and Budget. His research has focused on state and local government management, public finance, pensions, healthcare, demographics, and innovation. Franzel is an adjunct professor�at American University, where he teaches graduate level courses on�state and local government. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration (& Policy) from American University in Washington, DC.
Patrick Jordan directs Enterprise�s Advisory Services field team, delivering capacity building and technical assistance to state and local governments and their nonprofit partners, fostering innovation in housing and community development program design, finance, operations and strategic planning.� Currently, the field team administers more than 30 engagements through HUD-funded cooperative agreements in excess of $25 million, focused on assistance to communities facing economic and capacity challenges.��Mr. Jordan also serves as Deputy Executive Director of Operations and Management for the National Resource Network. In this capacity he is responsible for day-to-day operations, administration, and finance. Robert Feyer is a Senior Counsel in the Public Finance Department of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP�s San Francisco office, with more than 37 years of experience representing issuers and underwriters of municipal bonds.� For most of this time Mr. Feyer has been the senior bond and disclosure counsel for the State of California, the largest issuer of municipal debt in the U.S.� Mr. Feyer is a frequent panelist on municipal finance and disclosure matters, including the Bond Buyer�s recent Webinar on the SEC Municipalities Continuing Disclosure Cooperation initiative.� Mr. Feyer is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (Securities Law Committee) and the American College of Bond Counsel.
James Poterba is the President and CEO of the National Bureau of Economic Research, a non-profit research organization with over 1300 affiliated economists, and the Mitsui Professor of Economics at MIT. He has served as Vice President of the American Economic Association, and President of the Eastern Economic Association and the National Tax Association. Poterba's primary research interests are tax policy and retirement security. He has studied the role of tax policy in affecting retirement saving, the draw-down of assets after households reach retirement, and the role of tax-deferred retirement saving programs such as 401(k) plans in contributing to retirement security.� He is also a trustee of the College Retirement Equity Fund (CREF) and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
