He previous positions have been a developer, information architect, syndicated loan research analyst, relationship manager, senior business analyst and senior project manager for prominent investment banks, global consulting companies, and top tier brokerage houses.

    Gerry Katz is currently with CITI Group, and a member of the Data Management & Strategy Team in the new Shared Financial Services Organization. AT CITI, he is also a Senior architect and “technologist” with hands-on experience in all elements of information architecture, data warehouse life cycle management, grid computing, workflow technologies, Web Based and Client-Server architecture. Mr. Katz is a subject matter expert in all areas of Information Management such as MDM, Data Quality , BI (Business Intelligence), ETL, EAI and EII.Mr. Katz's prior experience is equally split between financial services, which include Society Generale, Bank of America, Citi Group, and technology Startups.Mr. Katz has a PhD in electrical engineering and applied math from Sankt Petersburg University, Russia. He is also a Six Sigma “Green Belt” certified. CMM level 2 certified.

    Dileep Srinivasan is the vice president – CRM & Global MDM Practice at Cognizant Technology Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience in the consulting arena, Srinivasan has contributed extensively to organizations, helping them derive strategic benefits and greater return on investment from their IT investments. He has been a key speaker at many global conferences covering wide varieties of topics such as strategic outsourcing, change management, call center management, Social CRM, and managed operations. In his current role, he is involved in the innovation of industry specific MDM solutions, Digital Channels enablement, data governance principles and establishing key partnerships to enable better value addition. Srinivasan has also provided key solutions to clients in the data governance and stewardship areas. He received his MBA from the National University of Singapore.

    Jill M. Speirs has 20+ years of experience in financial services (banking and insurance), as well as telecommunications, energy and home services and Retail. Ms. Speirs has expertise in both the consumer and B2B markets with a focus on leveraging organizations' client and product information to increase current and future client growth and retention. At Sears Canada, she is leading the CRM project which is utilizing the MDM program to a single view of the Customer to drive customer focused planning, merchandizing decisions & cross channel marketing optimization.Prior to Sears Canada, Ms. Speirs has led enterprise-scale CRM programs with Scotia Insurance, Bank of Nova Scotia, Bell Mobility, Royal Bank of Canada and ING DIRECT, ING Bank of Canada to enable the integration of marketing, sales and operations and drive multi channel direct response marketing.Ms. Speirs has an Honours BA from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and an MA in Museum Studies from the Royal Victoria University, Manchester, England, as well as a Christie's Art Education certificate from Christie's Art Auctioneers, London, England. In addition, her business accreditations include a Direct Marketing certificate from the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) and the executive management development program in CRM (value management) from Harvard University.

    Sandeep Manchanda has more than twenty years experience as a leader and advisor to the top leaders of Fortune 500 firms. As the Chief Information Management Officer for General Insurance at Zurich Insurance Company, he is responsible for Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Standards, Governance and Security as part of a holistic Information Management strategy at Zurich. His prior experience includes 15 years at Marsh & McLennan Companies in operational and corporate CIO roles, and establishing a non-profit program called Canine Magic for kids with autism.Mr. Manchanda received his MBA with Distinction from the Stern School of Business, New York University and his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.
