    Jill M. Speirs has 20+ years of experience in financial services (banking and insurance), as well as telecommunications, energy and home services and Retail. Ms. Speirs has expertise in both the consumer and B2B markets with a focus on leveraging organizations' client and product information to increase current and future client growth and retention. At Sears Canada, she is leading the CRM project which is utilizing the MDM program to a single view of the Customer to drive customer focused planning, merchandizing decisions & cross channel marketing optimization.Prior to Sears Canada, Ms. Speirs has led enterprise-scale CRM programs with Scotia Insurance, Bank of Nova Scotia, Bell Mobility, Royal Bank of Canada and ING DIRECT, ING Bank of Canada to enable the integration of marketing, sales and operations and drive multi channel direct response marketing.Ms. Speirs has an Honours BA from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and an MA in Museum Studies from the Royal Victoria University, Manchester, England, as well as a Christie's Art Education certificate from Christie's Art Auctioneers, London, England. As the Chief Information Management Officer for General Insurance at Zurich Insurance Company, he is responsible for Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Standards, Governance and Security as part of a holistic Information Management strategy at Zurich. His prior experience includes 15 years at Marsh & McLennan Companies in operational and corporate CIO roles, and establishing a non-profit program called Canine Magic for kids with autism.Mr. Manchanda received his MBA with Distinction from the Stern School of Business, New York University and his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.

    Thomas Darbois is the CIO of Bolloré Africa Logistics, a division of the Bolloré group.     Sravan Kasarla is an industry recognized technology leader with more than 15 years of proven experience in Information Management, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Architecture. Currently, Mr. Kasarla leads the Enterprise Technology Organization of MassMutual Financial Group, in establishing an Information Strategy, Architecture Roadmap for the Information Management/BI domains. In collaboration with business and delivery organizations Mr. Kasarla is establishing MDM business capability and maturing the information practice at MassMutual through institutionalization of Data Quality, Data Governance and BI capability.Mr. Kasarla's previous experience includes practice development, consulting and technology leadership roles in Architecture Strategy, Master Data Management and Data Warehousing for leading financial firms, Insurance & Technology companies. Mr. Kasarla was Head of Architecture Services and Chief Architect at GE Electric Insurance Company and Technology leader at Liberty Mutual and PC Connection. Mr. Kasarla holds an MBA in Management from Kakatiya University and a Bachelors of Engineering from National Institute of Technology in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India.

    Adam White brings 20+ years of experience in large banking and insurance system initiatives with a focus on MDM enterprise initiatives. Mr. White’s most recent project experience includes tenure with Baseline Consulting for MDM programs including several projects utilizing Initiate Systems: development of enterprise roadmaps to move large organizations into SOA architecture, implementations of CDI, MDM, metadata repository, and data governance processes. Project responsibilities included: business requirements, functional requirements, vendor product evaluations, business case, vendor contracts for software and services, and configuration requirements – including data mastering requirements. Prior to Baseline Consulting, as Senior Manager of Integration for the California State Automobile Association he managed key initiatives including: enterprise CDI, SOA architecture, Enterprise Middleware, and Metadata Repository. He also was a contributor to the corporate IT Re-Engineering and Data Governance transformation programs. Additionally, Mr. White was employed at Wells Fargo during its acquisition of Crocker National (the largest banking merger in history at that time), as well as projects with IBM and EDS. He received his MBA from St. Mary's College of California.
