Neil Spagna is a founding member of Shelving Rock and is responsible for overall whole loan and REO portfolio acquisition and management activities. Neil has specialized in the due diligence, analysis, pricing, and management of performing, sub-performing, and non-performing loans and REO properties since 1993. Prior to Shelving Rock,, he was a Director in the Mortgage Finance Group at Nomura Credit and Capital, Inc. and was a ten year member of the executive management team at Clayton Holdings, Inc. where he ran the Residential and Consumer Due Diligence businesses. Neil has also held management positions at both Kidder Peabody and Beneficial Mortgage. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and a former officer in the Air Force Reserve.

Bart Vincent is the Senior Vice President of Short Sales at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, located in San Antonio, Texas. In his role, Vincent is directly responsible for managing all Short Sale and Deed-in-Lieu activities for the servicing channel. Vincent, a 24-year veteran of the mortgage industry, joined Wells Fargo in 2010. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he was the Chief Financial Officer at OneWest Bank Mortgage Servicing and previously held senior management positions with Washington Mutual, Home Side Lending and Banc Plus Mortgage. Vincent has managed Finance, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Management Reporting, Default Management, Investor Accounting, and Servicing Operations. Vincent is a licensed CPA and past president of the National Investor Relations Institute. He also is active in the community; having volunteered with the United Way, Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, and as both a youth soccer and basketball coach.Vincent is a graduate of Howard Payne University where he received a B.B.A. in Accounting.
Jason has been in the mortgage banking industry for the last 12 years. Jason is responsible for leading Freddie Macs efforts in short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, foreclosure sale bidding and mediation programs. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Jason worked for Saxon Mortgage in Ft Worth, TX where he was responsible for managing teams in short sales, home retention, mediation and litigation. Jason also worked at The Associates and CitiMortgage in Dallas, TX and was responsible for various roles in loss mitigation. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
