Her career has focused on the evaluation of clinical programs and services, including condition management, complex case management, quality improvement, and provider performance programs. As a health services researcher, she has led studies using a broad set of methodological techniques to evaluate the impact of programs for disease states such as diabetes, heart failure, end-stage renal disease, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and behavioral health.
