Shelley Cernel is Arizent’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales Enablement, where she leads marketing, creative, audience growth and sales enablement efforts across the company’s seven leading media brands, which include American Banker, Bond Buyer, Accounting Today, National Mortgage News, Financial Planning, Employee Benefit News, and Digital Insurance.

Shelley brings 15 years of experience helping B2B companies turn specialized audiences, complex products, and industry expertise into clearer go-to-market strategies, stronger sales narratives, and measurable growth. Her career has spanned financial services, fintech, SaaS, and commercial real estate. 

Prior to joining Arizent, Shelley served as Vice President of Marketing at Thirty Capital, where she led marketing and SDR teams across a portfolio of financial technology, services, and education brands. She also previously held marketing leadership roles at companies including DebtBook, RealPage, and Morgan Samuels.

Shelley holds a Master of Science in Global Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Brand Management from North Carolina State University. She also completed executive education in AI Applications at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
