    Mr. Fanter is a Managing Director in BMO Capital Markets� Public Finance & Infrastructure Banking Group. He brings over 20 years of infrastructure advisory and capital markets experience, with sector expertise in transportation, water / wastewater, and social infrastructure. Mr. Fanter has been associated with six recent transactions that were named �Deal of the Year.�Mr. Fanter is currently advising the Maryland Transit Administration and the Maryland Department of Transportation on the Purple Line P3 Transit Project. Other recent infrastructure experience while at BMO Capital Markets includes: the Midtown Tunnel project bond offering, the Presidio Parkway P3 project financing, advising one of the bidders on the Ohio River Bridges project, and assisting on the Lower Colorado River Authority concession/divestiture transaction.Mr. Fanter brings extensive bond underwriting and advisory experience gained over 15 years in the Infrastructure Project Finance group at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. While at these firms, experience includes the Denver FasTracks Eagle P3 Rail project, the Port of Miami Tunnel Project, the JFK International Arrivals Terminal Expansion, SR-91 Express Lanes, the Central Texas Turnpike project, and the Port of Seattle Fuel project.Additionally, Mr. Fanter has over 11 years of experience working for a multi-national consulting firm specializing in infrastructure project development. Mr. Fanter has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from The Cooper Union, a Master of Environmental Engineering Degree from Manhattan College, and a MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Mr. Fanter is a CFA charter holder and a licensed professional engineer. Mr. Fanter holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

    Kyle Hickok began his career at Edward Jones in 1991 as a financial advisor (broker), opening an office in Durham, N.C. From 1998 until 2006, he ranked among the top 3% of the firm’s financial advisors. He became a limited partner with the firm in 1995. In 2006, Hickok was named a principal with the firm and established the regional investment banking office with responsibility for public finance in the southeastern United States. His focus includes healthcare, higher education, transportation and municipal financings. Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, in 1981, and a master’s degree in finance from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, in 1989. Prior to joining Edward Jones, Kyle was engaged in research and development in the area of diamond films and other advanced carbon-based materials.

    Gena L. Evans earned a bachelor’s degree (1992) and doctorate (2001) in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Evans was an assistant professor in Georgia Tech’s School of Civil and Environmental Engineering when Governor Sonny Perdue named her Executive Secretary and Construction Division Director of the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) in 2003 and then placed her in charge of all function of the State Property Office in 2006. As State Property Officer, she served as Executive Director of the Georgia Building Authority (GBA), continued her GSFIC responsibilities, and was Executive Director of the State Properties Commission and Chairman of the Georgia Land Conservation Council. She was charged with consolidating the management of all real estate assets owned and leased by the State of Georgia. She also worked closely with public and private sector representative to develop best practices for space utilization and cost-efficient management to effectively oversee the State’s capital assets. Dr. Evans was also responsible for negotiating multi-year leases and contracts for properties across the state. Previously, she also served as Chief Engineer for the GBA and managed construction across the United States for LaSalle Partners.In October 2007, Dr. Evans was selected by the State Transportation Board as the first woman Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Transportation, overseeing nearly 6,000 employees and a $2.1 billion operating budget. Currently, Dr. Evans serves as the Executive Director of the State Road and Tollway Authority. The executive director oversees supervision of the tolling system for the state of Georgia and is responsible for the financial management of the agency and the development and implementation of the annual budget. The Authority serves as one of the financing arms for state transportation, which includes the newly approved Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank. Dr. Evans served on numerous boards including the Sapelo Island Heritage Authority, MARTA Board, State Board of Equalization and the Capital Asset Management Advisory Council.In 2002, as part of its observance of the 50th anniversary of female students being admitted to Georgia Tech, the Alumni Magazine spotlighted her among 50 women as representative of the thousands who had attended since the first two coeds were admitted. She was also recognized by Georgia Trend magazine as one of their “Top 40 under 40” for the State of Georgia.

Before serving as Mayor, Rendell was elected District Attorney of Philadelphia for two terms from 1978 through 1985. Rendell also served as Chairman of the Democratic National Committee during the 2000 Presidential election.� He currently sits on several boards, is a Brookings Fellow and teaches government and politics courses at the University of Pennsylvania.� An Army veteran, he holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Villanova Law School.

    Franklin Ruben is a senior portfolio manager with Invesco Fixed Income. In this role, he serves as head of high income municipals and lead fund manager of Invesco High Income Municipal Fund. Mr. Ruben joined Invesco in 1997 in his current position. Prior to joining the company, he was with Van Kampen American Capital, where he was a senior fixed-income research analyst and associate portfolio manager for Van Kampen American Capital High-Yield Municipal Bond Fund.Mr. Ruben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Masters of Science degree in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Ruben has completed the Cash Management Executive Education Program at Duke University.

    Mike specializes in creating comprehensive financial models and represents clients in the areas of taxable financings, tax-exempt financings, sports facilities, airports, ports, transportation and the analysis of public privatepartnerships. He joined FirstSouthwest in 1996 as a result of acquisitions of Masterson Moreland Sauer Whisman, Inc. He also serves as co-manager of FirstSouthwest's public finance group in Houston and is also responsible for the Firm's information technology infrastructure. He's a member of FirstSouthwest's Board of Directors and Chairman of the Public Finance ManagementCommittee.Bartolotta has more than 23 years experience in the public finance industry and has developed an analytical framework for the evaluation of public-private partnerships. He's also participated in excess of $50 billions of dollars in financings during his career.He's completed financings for: Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, including Southwest Bond Buyer Deal of the Year; City of Houston; Harris County & Harris County Toll Road Authority; and Texas Public Finance Authority.

    Glenn's principal area of practice is financial institutions and finance law. He has extensive experience as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and letter of credit bank counsel in municipal finance transactions involving cities, counties, school districts, universities, municipal utility districts, river and port authorities, regional mobility authorities, and state agencies.

    Sue Bailey joined the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County in December 2010. Previously she worked for the City of Houston as debt manager, investment manager, and director of financial reporting. She also served as finance director for the City of Galveston.She is a CPA registered in Texas. She earned a BA and MA from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Texas. From 1999 to 2002 she was retired in the Netherlands and enjoyed riding trains, trams and buses throughout the country.

    Mark Malveaux, a partner in McCall’s Dallas office since January 2000, joined the firm in 1993. Mr. Malveaux was selected by his peers in the national bond counsel community as a Regular Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel. His practice includes work as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and disclosure counsel. With respect to mass transportation, he has served as underwriter’s counsel on several DART transactions over the past five years.��������������� Mr. Malveaux serves as co-lead bond counsel to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (D/FW Airport), where he was lead counsel on the largest ever single-day bond sale in U.S. airport history and lead counsel on D/FW Airport’s first ever private placement. Moreover, he served as bond counsel for D/FW Airport for two transactions that were awarded The Bond Buyer’s “Southwest Region Deal of the Year” in 2003 and 2013; its $1.3 billion Joint Revenue Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series 2003A; and its $4 billion Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program, which included refunding bonds. In his more than 16 years serving D/FW Airport, Mr. Malveaux has also performed disclosure counsel duties.��������������� He brings expertise in affordable housing, where he has served as bond, underwriter’s, or placement agent counsel to Housing Finance Corporations in Austin, Dallas County, Fort Bend County, North Central Texas, Jefferson County, Sabine-Neches, Northwest Central, North Central, Brownsville, Ennis, Galveston, Southeast Texas, Arlington, Tarrant County, Grand Prairie, Houston, Corpus Christi, and Montgomery County. He has served as bond, underwriter’s, or placement agent counsel to the Housing Authorities for McAllen, Travis County, New Mexico Region II, Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Angelo. He works as bond counsel on pollution control transactions with one of the largest energy companies in the U.S.��������������� Mr. Malveaux’s expertise extends to serving as disclosure counsel for more than 10 years to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and as underwriter’s counsel on numerous deals, including DART, Dallas Independent School District, and Texas charter schools.��������������� A member of the National Association of Bonds Counsel (NABL), his professional affiliations include the State Bar of Texas and the J.L. Turner Legal Association. Mr. Malveaux has been a panelist at NABL seminars and at the National Association of Securities Professionals. He is a member of the Texas Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies and the National Bar Association. He served on the Board of Directors of Texas C-Bar, a non-profit organization that provides pro bono transactional services.���������������������������� ��������� Mr. Malveaux received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia’s School of Law in 1992, where he was a quarterfinalist in the Minor-Lile�Moot Court competition and awarded the Bracewell & Patterson Oral Advocacy Award. He received a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Southern University in 1989 and was the school’s first student selected as a Harry S. Truman Scholar. He studied public policy as a Sloan Fellow at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

    Dr. Caloss joined Morgan Keegan in June 1999 to augment the Firm’s continued growth in the area of education related transactions with a special focus on Texas Independent School District finance. Ron brings over 34 years of Texas ISD experience (11 years as a public finance banker with Morgan Keegan) and over 23 years of Texas public school district experience as a superintendent of schools for Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD, Lamar Consolidated ISD, Southwest ISD, and Bandera ISD. Ron has been with numerous Texas school associations and served as President and Vice President of the Texas Association of Suburban/Mid-Urban Schools in 1995 and 1994 respectively. He is a recognized speaker among school district professionals both nationally and in Texas and was awarded Texas Association of School Boards Superintendent of the Year Regional Winner in 1995. Dr. Caloss has served as lead banker representing Morgan Keegan on 274 senior managed and 395 co-managed issues for over 260 different Texas ISD’s aggregating more than $31.6 billion in primary Texas ISD transactions.
