    Susan is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Allstate Investments, LLC.  She currently manages the below investment grade portion of the Allstate portfolio where she was a portfolio manager from 2001-2006 and rejoined in June 2010.  Susan is a former Vice President at Bank of America where she worked in the Real Estate Group.  Susan earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.  She is a CFA Charterholder as well as a member of the Chicago Municipal Analyst Society.

    Mr. McNally is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP and was President of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (“NABL”) during the 2010-2011 term.� He is a frequent speaker regarding the application of the federal securities laws to municipal securities and served as� Project Coordinator for the Third Edition of Disclosure Roles of Counsel in State and Local Government Securities Offerings, a joint publication of the American Bar Association and NABL that was published in October 2009, which was referred to by The New York Times as “the new disclosure bible for municipal bond lawyers.”� Mr. McNally was awarded the Friel Medal in September 2015 for “distinguished service in public finance.”� He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Georgetown University Law Center.

    Sean T. Cork is a partner in Squire Sanders' Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, and has a national practice representing clients in a number of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Although, he is best known for representing debtors, Mr. Cork also has an active practice representing creditors committees, trustees, and strategic and financial investors in a wide variety of industry and market sectors. Mr. Cork is the co-author of Pre-Bankruptcy Planning for the Commercial Reorganization, Second Edition, published by the American Bankruptcy Institute. Before joining Squire Sanders, Mr. Cork served as a law clerk to The Honorable William T. Bodoh, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Ohio.Mr. Cork is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

    RUTH LEVINE is a Principal and Senior Analyst at The Vanguard Group, which she joined in February 2000. She was previously a credit and compliance analyst with the Evergreen Municipal Money Market Funds, and prior to that was a senior director in Fitch’s Public Finance group.Before joining Fitch, Ms. Levine was a local government finance director for the Connecticut municipalities of Windsor and Milford.A former Board member of the Government Finance Officers Association of the U.S. & Canada, Ms. Levine also served on its Debt Committee and Disclosure Guidelines Task Force (1988 & 1991 publications). Ms. Levine is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (“NFMA”) and of the Municipal Analysts Group of New York. Ms. Levine has chaired the NFMA’s Swaps Disclosure Task Force and has co-chaired its Task Force on Disclosure Best Practices for General Obligation and Tax-Supported Debt. She has served on the Government Accounting Standard Board’s Task Force on Derivatives and Hedging. She has also served as a member of the Investment Company Institute’s delegation to the Muni Council, which was responsible for the development of DisclosureUSA.org . She has been a member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Investor Advisory Group.She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Northwestern University, a J.D. from George Washington University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School.

    As a twenty year veteran in Public Finance, Mr. Calpin leads a team of ten bankers at Bank of America Merrill Lynch who are solely dedicated to the field of transportation finance.  Mr. Calpin joined Merrill Lynch’s New York office  in June 2008 after spending 17 years at UBS who exited the municipal banking business earlier that year.  His banking team covers all disciplines of transportation public finance including national coverage of start-up and mature toll roads, state gas tax bonds, GARVEEs, airports, seaports and transit projects.  While focusing primarily on public financing solutions, Mr. Calpin also brings experience in the P3 arena and served as lead banker for the Missouri 800 Bridges project and other projects in Texas and Virginia.  Mr. Calpin has a long history in Florida and has served a senior manager to all the major toll issuers in the State.  Most recently, Mr. Calpin and his team have been serving as the lead banker to the North Carolina Turnpike Authority, first on its inaugural Triangle Expressway project in the Raleigh area, and currently on the Monroe Connector project outside of Charlotte.  Mr. Calpin resides in New York and is a graduate of Villanova University.

    Warren Bloom began his legal career with Kay Scholer in New York City in the mid-1980s specializing in the representation of lending institutions in leveraged buyouts and "going private" transactions. Upon his relocation to Florida in late 1988, Mr. Bloom began to practice in the Public Finance area with a sub-specialty in the representation of creditor entities in such transactions (e.g., indenture trustees, bondholders, bond purchasers and credit enhancers). Since that time, Mr. Bloom has represented municipal security credit holders in both new and existing distressed transactions in more than half of the United States.Mr. Bloom's experience includes active roles in bankruptcies, foreclosures and consensual restructurings of municipal transactions both in Florida and throughout the nation. Mr. Bloom's practice continues to include a substantial amount of underwriters' counsel, bond counsel, purchaser's counsel and credit enhancers' counsel roles on new transactions.

    Jerry McDaniel currently serves as Director of Governor Rick Scott's Office of Policy and Budget and Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform. He also served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of the Office of Policy and Budget during the Crist Administration. He has more than 32 years of public service experience including serving three Attorneys General, the House of Representatives and two state agencies. Jerry is a 1976 graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Hough & Company.Ms. Edmonds� familiarity with Florida and its public finance practice is recognized by her peers and professional colleagues.� In addition, Ms. Edmonds has served as financial advisor for financings by Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Hillsborough County, the Florida Municipal Loan Council, the State of Florida, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Corrections, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, the cities of Tampa and Orlando, among others.Marianne F. Edmonds is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).� Ms. Edmonds is also a member of the Dean�s Advisory Committee for the school of business at the University of South Florida and the former vice chair of the Florida Prepaid College Board.� She is a former member of the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board.Ms. Edmonds has a bachelor�s degree from Northwestern University and a master�s degree in business administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Tim McKeon is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in banking and municipal finance. During the 1980�s, Tim worked at the Chase Manhattan Bank and the Bank of New York where he focused on LBO's and lending to corporations and investor owned utilities. Tim joined MBIA in the early 1990's and over the following 18 years, he assumed increased levels of responsibility in senior business development, syndication and risk management roles in the public finance sector. Among these roles, Tim managed MBIA's Utility Group, was the Head Underwriter for derivative transactions, and during the credit crunch of 2008-09, he led the company's efforts to restructure billions of dollars of insured Auction Rate Securities, Variable Rate Demand Obligations and related swaps.Tim joined U.S. Bank in July 2010 as Managing Director and heads US Bank�s Government Banking Credit & Liquidity business. His group covers the entire government sector nationwide including the infrastructure, utilities, and tax-backed sectors, and will source, structure, syndicate and document Standby Bond Purchase Agreements, Letters of Credit, Index Floaters and Direct Purchases transactions for valued public sector clients.
