    Melanie Gnazzo is a partner in the Asset Securitization, Lease Finance and Tax practice groups at Chapman and Cutler LLP. She has considerable experience providing both tax and commercial law advice in a wide range of financial transactions and regularly represents finance companies and funding sources engaged in securitization, leasing and other structured finance transactions. She also provides advice with respect to tax advantaged investments, including those used to fund alternative energy assets.     Mr. Colsch has been Chief of Finance of the Authority since April, 2003.� As Chief of Finance, Mr. Colsch has had a lead role in managing financing of the Authority�s Congestion Relief Program which commenced in 2005 and the Tollway�s $12.1 billion Move Illinois Capital Program that extends from 2012 through 2026.�Prior to joining the Authority, Mr. Colsch was employed by the Illinois Bureau of the Budget and has been involved in major capital program planning and financing for over twenty-five years.� While with the Illinois Bureau of the Budget, he managed the State�s general obligation, Build Illinois, Illinois First and civic center bonding programs.�Mr. Colsch has a M.A. Degree in Economics from Western Illinois University and a B.A. Degree in Economics from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.��

    Robert W. Trippe was named senior vice president of finance in 2008 and continues to serve as chief financial officer (CFO). Trippe served as vice president of finance and CFO of AMP since April 1991. Before joining the organization, he worked at Detroit Edison from 1978 to 1991 where he served in a number of management positions. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to public power project financing. Trippe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Southwest Missouri State University.

    Amberine Nagree, Vice President, joined JPMorgan in 2002 and is currently a member of the Municipal Credit Analysis and Investor Marketing team. In her role, she leads investor marketing efforts for state and local government issuers in Texas, Illinois, New York and New Jersey as well as power & utility authorities. Ms. Nagree has also worked in Municipal Credit Origination group for tax-exempt and taxable money-market eligible products including liquidity facilities and letters of credit. Previously Ms. Nagree has led various high-yield corporate structured product transactions. She has a B.A. degree from Bryn Mawr College.
