    Jeffrey Feinstein is Senior Director, Analytic Strategy, for LexisNexis� Risk Solutions.� In this role, he is responsible for developing the LexisNexis� RiskView™ credit risk score.� Additionally, he also leads innovation efforts to bring new analytic solutions and content to the market.� He joined LexisNexis is 2010.Before joining LexisNexis, Feinstein spent 14 years at FICO, where he focused on credit data and scoring.� He was a lead developer for FICO Score and other credit bureau-based scores, and he also led the research team that brought the alternative data-driven FICO Expansion Score to market.� He has received three U.S. Patents for his innovations in credit modeling.Feinstein earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from State University NY, Buffalo and a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology and Applied Statistics from Ohio.

He has extensive work experience in the areas of strategic planning, sales and marketing, and business optimization for numerous companies in various industries throughout the world.James has a strong public and private company leadership background that includes Executive Vice President of the credit card division within Western Alliance Bancorp, Senior Vice President, Global Relations Manager for Visa where he was responsible for all worldwide business, co-brand and operational aspects for Visa’s largest financial institution member, Director of Worldwide CRM Programs for IBM Rational Software, and management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand.James is the past Chairman of the Board of Junior Achievement of Delaware and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.

    Jonathan Velline manages the Wells Fargo ATM business of more than 12,000 ATMs – the third largest bank ATM network in the United States. In addition, Velline is responsible for developing and implementing store technology, process, staffing, and risk management strategies for the Wells Fargo network of more than 6,000 banking stores. Velline recently led the regional markets conversions of Wachovia banking stores, in the largest merger in U.S. banking history.Wells Fargo has long been an industry leader in finding new ways for ATMs to better serve its customers. Under Velline’s leadership, the company was the first to deploy a modern, web-based ATM technology platform; introduced Envelope Free, bulk-check deposit technology to the U.S.; developed ATM e-receipts; and created ATM cash-tracker, an innovative budgeting tool. He is also modernizing the Wells Fargo team member experience with new technologies for image processing and cash handling.Velline began his career with Wells Fargo in 1991 as a financial analyst, and has held a variety of positions responsible for charting Wells Fargo's retail banking, technology, and distribution strategy.
