    Paul Galant is CEO of the Citi Enterprise Payments business unit which leverages the bank�s industry-leading wholesale and retail payment capabilities across regions and organizations globally. In this role, Paul oversees the design, marketing and implementation of comprehensive business-to-consumer and consumer-to-business payments solutions for the world�s largest global corporations and financial institutions, as well as governments.Prior to this, he served as the CEO of Citi Cards, heading Citi�s North American and International Cards business, leading the business through a time of dramatic change in the industry. Citi�s global credit card business provides credit for people and businesses the world over. The franchise is a market leader and encompasses card activities in 50 countries across six continents.Earlier, Paul served as CEO of Global Transaction Services (GTS), a division of Citi�s Institutional Clients Group. Global Transaction Services is one of Citi�s publicly reported product lines, offering award winning and industry leading Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Securities and Fund Services capabilities to corporations, governments, financial institutions and investment advisors worldwide.Previously, he was the Global Head of the Cash Management business, one of the largest processors of cash flows globally, covering all geographic regions including North America and Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Under Paul�s leadership the Cash Management business experienced strong growth and a significant improvement in its operating performance. It was also recognized for innovation and excellence by many publications including Euromoney, the Banker and Global Finance.Before this, Paul was Global Head of eCommerce and Market Data Strategy for Citi Corporate and Investment Banking. Paul and his team set strategic direction and coordinated execution of eCommerce initiatives, advised on eCommerce alliances, consortia and joint ventures, set market data strategy, managed market data relationships and developed global agreements that generated cost savings, allowed greater distribution and leveraged purchased content and functionality.Previous positions before joining Citi were with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette as Global Head of Ecommerce and Financial Engineering within Debt Capital Markets as well as Management Committee member; with both Smith Barney and CSFB heading Financial Engineering Divisions; and as President and Founder of BTP Information Services, Inc.Paul holds a B.A. from Cornell University where he graduated a Phillip Merrill Scholar. He was featured in Institutional Investors Online 40 (2010, 2008), by Crain�s New York Business as a member of its �40 Under 40� (2006), by Global Finance as a member of their �Who�s Who in Treasury and Cash Management� (2006) and by CNBC as a �Young Gun� in its �Five Under 40� profile (2006).     Elizabeth Khalil is a partner at Dykema Gossett PLLC.� For most of her career, she has been a federal banking regulator in Washington, DC, including serving as an enforcement attorney at the OCC and as acting special assistant to the Director and Deputy Director of the FDIC’s Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection.� She was also a senior associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP (formerly Hogan & Hartson). Her current law practice spans all aspects of regulatory compliance for financial institutions, including evaluating and improving compliance management systems (CMS), managing third-party relationships, and addressing� privacy and data security issues, including in connection with emerging payments technology.Elizabeth is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Federal Communications Bar Association. She graduated from Georgetown University and the University of Michigan Law School.

    Mr. Fortin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Regional in March 2007 and has been a director of Regional since March 2012. Prior to joining Regional, Mr. Fortin was, from 2005 to 2007, President of Cogent Strategic Advisors, LLC, a consulting firm serving institutional investors. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Fortin was Vice President, Development for EJB Group, Inc., a private investment holding company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Fortin was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of InLight Solutions, Inc., a medical technology business located in Albuquerque, New Mexico that he co-founded. He also held positions at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. and Trammell Crow Company. In 2008, Mr. Fortin was elected to the Board of Directors of the American Financial Services Association (�AFSA�), the principal trade organization for the installment lending industry. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of AFSA, is Chairman-Elect of the AFSA Independents Section, and was the Chairman of the AFSA Political Action Committee. Mr. Fortin earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.Mr. Fortin served as an Operating Partner of Parallel from June 2003 to March 2007. He is also the brother-in-law of F. Barron Fletcher, III, the managing member of Parallel.Mr. Fortin brings to the Board a management perspective in light of his role as our Chief Executive Officer, as well as his experience with the state and federal regulators applicable to our business.

    Stefanie H. Jackman, is a senior litigation associate in the Litigation Department at Ballard Spahr and a member of the firm's Consumer Financial Services Mortgage Banking, and Commercial Litigation groups.� She also is a member of Ballard Spahr's Fair Lending Task Force and Collection Documentation Task Force.�Ms. Jackman's practice focuses primarily on complex litigation in the area of consumer financial services and financial institutions law.� She regularly defends financial institutions in mortgage-related litigation, credit card-related litigation, arbitration, commercial law, and class action defense.� She handles litigation issues arising under an array of consumer financial laws, including state UDAAP statutes, RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, and SCRA.� Ms. Jackman also represents clients in connection with responding to administrative enforcement actions and investigations brought by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other governmental regulators.���Ms. Jackman holds a J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Vermont.�

    As President of Prosper Marketplace, Ron is responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy to attract borrowers to the site, as well as ensure a balance between institutional and retail investors on the Prosper platform. He brings more than 20 years experience in sales, marketing and business development across the hedge fund, broker dealer and registered investment advisor industries.Before to joining Prosper, Ron was Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to Wells Fargo, Ron served as the Head of Global Sales and Marketing and Senior Partner for Merlin Securities. Ron also served as President of Spectrum Global Fund Administration, and spent 14 years at Bear Sterns where he served as Senior Managing Director and Manager of Global Clearing Sales.Ron earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
